Been having aa Domain verified vbut still locked for over a month. After being told from eleven2 to contaact ICANN and ENOM, they both sent me back to eleven2 as being owners of the domain.
It as passed 1 month and I made over 5 tickets witouth any real solution.
Also my access to "My Invoices" and other main areas of my dashboard are like this:

You do not have the required permissions to access this page
Contact the master account owner if you feel this to be an error.
Now they even blocked me from having the chat support!!!! They keep saying the same replyies... Now they will contact ENOM, after I done it before and ENOM told me that Eleven2 have the power to unlock that,
Amazingly, now they found that there is an invoice overdue (but i can't access "My Invoices") and they want me to pay for it... but I'm blocked from that page.
This is so ridiculous how they don't really give a shit.
After sorting this out i'm moving all my products to other Host.
