Its headquarters are in Whiteley, Hampshire, while its hosting, cloud, server, and colocation operations remain focused on the United Kingdom.

The product range extends far beyond ordinary shared hosting. The standard Linux hosting range consists of Nano, Mega, Giga, and Tera plans.
