Easy on Net Inc. is a Canadian web hosting and managed infrastructure provider founded in 2021. Headquartered in Ontario and led by CEO Derek Walmsley, the company serves customers across Canada and the United States. The organization operates within the 51–200 employee range.

Easy on Net expanded through the consolidation of several established hosting operations. Nerivon.com, DynamicHosting.ca and XOD Media became part of the Easy on Net platform in November 2022. A larger expansion followed in August 2024, when the company acquired the web hosting customers of Rogers Communications and the former Shaw Communications. The associated legacy hosting environment was retired in April 2026, requiring remaining customers to migrate their websites, email accounts and DNS settings to the replacement platform.

The service portfolio includes shared hosting, virtual private servers, managed VPS services, WordPress development, WordPress maintenance retainers, domain registration, SSL certificates, premium DNS, server malware protection, website security scans and fax-to-email services. The product range is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized businesses that want hosting, website maintenance, development and technical support from one provider.

Shared Hosting is available through Entry, Startup, Business and Enterprise packages. Storage allocations range from 10 GB to 100 GB, while every package includes unlimited bandwidth, unlimited email accounts, unlimited databases, scheduled security scans, basic technical support and cPanel. These plans can accommodate company websites, blogs, portfolios, email hosting and smaller online stores.

A Managed Website add-on is available for shared hosting customers using WordPress, Drupal and other content management systems. It covers technical updates, software patches, routine fixes and quarterly security scans. When a website becomes compromised, restoration can be attempted from available backups, followed by best-effort repair of the affected installation.

VPS Hosting is divided into four standard configurations. The entry-level VPS includes one CPU core, 2 GB of RAM and 50 GB of storage. The largest standard configuration includes eight CPU cores, 16 GB of RAM and 125 GB of storage.

The base VPS service is unmanaged. A conventional hosting control panel, server administration and backups are not included automatically. Startup, Professional and Enterprise development packages can include custom layouts, responsive design, menus, sliders, galleries, caching, search-engine optimization tools, blog functionality, e-commerce configuration, domain registration and one year of shared hosting.

Businesses needing regular WordPress assistance can retain a dedicated developer for one to six websites. Depending on the package, the service covers content changes, WordPress core updates, plugin updates, website improvements, backups, restoration, uptime monitoring and emergency support. These developer retainers require a minimum 12-month commitment.

Domain registration is available for approximately 732 top-level domains. Common extensions include .com, .ca, .org, .net, .io, .app and .cloud. Many extensions can be registered for periods of up to ten years, and eligible registrations include premium DNS without an additional charge.

The SSL certificate range includes GeoTrust RapidSSL, RapidSSL Wildcard, Sectigo InstantSSL and Sectigo EV. Customers can choose between domain validation, organization validation and extended validation, with certificate warranties ranging from $10,000 to $1.75 million.

Premium DNS operates across six physical server locations and includes global redundancy, automatic failover, DNSSEC, domain redirects, primary DNS, secondary DNS, dedicated DNS options and a platform-independent zone editor. Management integrations are available through cPanel, Plesk and the Easy on Net customer portal.

Security services include free website vulnerability scans and Monarx protection for PHP applications hosted on Linux VPS servers. Monarx analyzes PHP activity to identify malicious behavior such as web shells, phishing files, cryptojacking scripts, backdoors and rootkits. Detect and protect modes are available, together with automatic file isolation, cleanup tools, daily notifications and WHM/cPanel integration.

VoiceFlow provides fax-to-email functionality for businesses that still depend on fax communications. The service includes incoming fax delivery, outgoing fax transmission, customizable cover pages and delivery-status tracking.
