The company originally operated as Hostway Romania and adopted the Easyhost identity in April 2014, with the rebranding covering its Romanian and United Kingdom operations. Romanian customers contract with Easyhost SRL, while Host Global Limited handles the UK-facing business.

The company has a long history in the regional hosting market. It supported Romania’s first full-HD online transmission for TEDxBucharest in 2009 and introduced Romania’s first public cloud in 2012. Its Romanian, European, and American infrastructure serves more than 100,000 websites, while the wider European operation supports over 200,000 websites, businesses, and individual customers. Easyhost currently concentrates mainly on Shared Hosting, domain registration, and paid technical assistance. Its shared hosting range consists of Starter Pack, Business, Performance, Enterprise, and Elite, together with a lower-cost Name server service intended for DNS-zone hosting.

Easyhost has also supported services such as reseller hosting, News Hosting, Startup Hosting, SpeedBoost, VDS, dedicated servers, colocation, and hosted AXIGEN email.
