DTS-NET was a legacy U.S. web hosting provider founded in 1997 by Craig Gendrolas. The company belonged to the early generation of independent hosting businesses, when small companies were just beginning to move online and needed affordable hosting, domain registration, email and technical guidance from people who understood both business and infrastructure.For many years, DTS-NET built its reputation around direct support, flexible hosting packages and practical help for small businesses. Their services covered Domains, Shared Hosting, Linux Hosting, Windows / ASP.NET Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Cloud Hosting, Cloud CDN, eCommerce support, SEO consultation, managed services, backup / disaster recovery and custom server work.
The company’s strongest period came from combining low-cost hosting with a more personal technical relationship. Customers could get help not only with account issues, but also with migrations, troubleshooting, online-business planning and server decisions. This gave DTS-NET a more human profile than many larger providers that relied heavily on standardized support queues.
DTS-NET also tried to move beyond traditional hosting. Their later direction included cloud services, automation, AI-assisted tools, VMCloud, social media integration, and future-oriented AR / VR ideas for sectors such as automotive sales and healthcare presentation. This made the company more ambitious than a simple shared-hosting brand, although the later business execution became less consistent.
By 2021, DTS-NET had already become a legacy / inactive hosting name for practical purposes. Customer feedback from that period mentioned paid services not being provisioned properly, unanswered support requests, phone calls not being returned, domain problems and lost website data. The brand and domain still remained visible online afterward, but DTS-NET no longer looked like a reliable active hosting provider for new customers.
The company was not found to have gone through a clearly documented acquisition or formal shutdown announcement. The realistic inactive point remains 2021, when the hosting operation showed serious service and support decline.

me ha bloqueado el acceso a c panel y a mi cuenta en dts-net,nunca pude utilizar ftp ni cdn,cuando les envio email a soporte se burlan,me dicen que estan trabajando,me preguntan cual es mi url? y mi pag web,hay intencion de no resolver,el incumplimiento de contrato es intencional,calculan que como es poco dinero no los voy a denunciar y que me voy,estoy en un plan a 3 años,voy a realizar juicio por daños y perjuicios y denuncias en defensa del consumidor,esto hace meses,el precio no es tan bajo si se paga por anticipado por 3 años,incapaces de resolver cualquier pedido.
