DreamVPS is best treated today as a historical / dormant web hosting brand, even though dreamvps.com still shows signs of cloud and infrastructure activity. The original hosting brand was established around 2007, while the formal Israeli company DREAM VPS LTD was incorporated in 2015 in Haifa, Israel. Founder-level public references connect Edo Sabag with DreamVPS as co-founder / CEO, while later Israeli company records list Ido Yehuda Sabag and Lee Roth among company directors. By 2026, the old shared hosting, VPS hosting and WordPress hosting catalog looked dormant rather than actively maintained as a normal retail web hosting storefront.

At its peak, DreamVPS targeted individuals, entrepreneurs, SMBs, developers and application owners who needed flexible hosting rather than only basic shared plans.
