DotHome is a South Korean hosting and internet-services brand operated by Anysecure Co., Ltd. (anysecure.com), a company incorporated on April 7, 2006. Anysecure began IDC operations during the same year and acquired DotHome’s web hosting and domain business in 2007. Further expansion followed in 2014 through the acquisition of the Let’s Hosting server-hosting and colocation operation. The company later added unlimited hosting, infrastructure monitoring, image-building tools, and several generations of its responsive website builder.

The business is led by representative director Mok Hyun-soo. DotHome has become particularly well known in South Korea for free hosting, with more than eight million service selections and an average of over 500 new free-hosting applications per day.

Its product range extends well beyond basic shared hosting. Customers can register and transfer domain names, use free or paid Linux web hosting, deploy preinstalled WordPress hosting, obtain isolated dedicated web-hosting resources, build responsive websites without coding, host ecommerce images, operate business email, buy SSL certificates, order cloud servers, rent or purchase physical servers, install GPU systems, and place their own equipment through colocation.

The free hosting package remains one of DotHome’s most distinctive services. It includes approximately 500 MB of storage, 15 GB of monthly traffic, a DotHome subdomain, MySQL databases, FTP access, and automatic installation for supported content-management systems. Current platform options include PHP 7.4, 8.0, 8.2, and 8.4, together with MySQL 8.x. Free accounts are initially activated for six months and can be renewed repeatedly without charge, with a maximum of two free accounts per person.

Paid shared hosting provides between 1.5 GB and 15 GB of disk space, monthly traffic allowances or fair-use unmetered traffic, unlimited databases, web statistics, a web application firewall, automated CMS installation, a free DotHome subdomain, and PHP-version management through the customer account. WordPress hosting uses the same general infrastructure but arrives with WordPress already installed.

The unlimited designation remains subject to shared-hosting resource policies. Large file repositories, video streaming, excessive processor or memory consumption, external image linking, automated high-load scripts, and workloads that interfere with other accounts may be restricted. These packages are appropriate for ordinary personal, organizational, and business websites rather than unrestricted file storage or media distribution.

Dedicated Web Hosting provides assigned virtual processor and memory resources without requiring customers to administer a complete physical server. Entry configurations include one vCore, 1 GB of RAM, SSD or SAS storage, a separate database allowance, and support for several connected domains. This service offers a practical intermediate step between shared hosting and full server administration.

The DotHome Builder includes responsive templates, reusable content blocks, SEO controls, visitor statistics, external API integration, SSL support, and visual page editing. Its free, advertisement-free edition includes a DotHome subdomain, 500 MB of disk space, and 10 GB of monthly traffic. Paid editions add custom-domain support, greater traffic capacity, SSL installation, and site-cloning functions. It is a convenient choice for small Korean organizations that need a responsive website without maintaining WordPress.

DotHome’s image hosting is designed for online merchants that need externally accessible product photographs and detail-page images for marketplaces. A one-month trial is available, followed by plans with hundreds or thousands of gigabytes of traffic. The integrated Image Builder simplifies the creation of product-detail graphics, while hosted content is primarily limited to images, text, and PDF documents.

Business email is divided into Basic Webmail, Unlimited Webmail, and Enterprise Security Webmail. Features include address books, calendars, bulletin boards, web storage, POP3 and IMAP access, spam filtering, mail backup, SSL/TLS protection, and multi-domain support on selected plans. The enterprise edition adds dedicated infrastructure, encrypted service data, a dedicated IP address, and intelligent security functions. Daily sending and receiving limits make the platform suitable for standard business communication rather than bulk promotional campaigns.

The server portfolio includes KT Cloud, rental servers, purchased servers, GPU systems, and colocation. KT Cloud virtual machines support Linux and Windows, scalable CPU and memory allocations, additional storage, snapshots, public IP addresses, load balancing, monitoring, and up to 1 TB of included outbound traffic on listed configurations.

Rental servers use rack-mounted enterprise hardware, while purchased systems are prepared through consultation. GPU hosting includes configurations based on NVIDIA RTX 3090, RTX 4090, and RTX 5090 graphics cards for artificial intelligence, rendering, computation, and other workloads requiring dedicated graphics memory. GPU pricing is quotation-based.

Colocation supports customer-owned equipment, including quarter-rack configurations and smaller allocations such as five 1U servers. Services can include power, committed bandwidth, public IP addresses, switching, traffic monitoring, security, and remote technical assistance.

Additional infrastructure options include continuous monitoring, shared or dedicated firewalls, intrusion prevention, web application firewalls, DDoS consultation, load balancing, remote backup, Windows Server licensing, and one-to-one managed server administration.

The remote-backup service includes a daily full-image backup retained for six days and a weekly full backup retained for three weeks. Customers receive an online management interface, individual file recovery, and complete image restoration.

DotHome’s commercial interface is primarily available in Korean, while the Anysecure corporate website has Korean and English versions. Product prices are displayed in South Korean won (KRW). The ordering, payment, documentation, and account-management workflow remains primarily oriented toward South Korean customers.

The website uses a responsive layout and is actively maintained, although the extensive product catalog creates a dense navigation structure.

New applications for the former free SSL service ended in July 2026 after the introduction of subscription SSL. SSH access was removed from free-hosting accounts in June 2026, while paid hosting documentation continues to include SSH access for services where it remains supported.
