😠 For the last six weeks have been trying to edit the body of my home page. Trying to get Dot Canada to help is like trying to get Donald Trump to stop lying. Every day it is a different excuse as to why they can't help. Once an update was in place they say try. I try and does not work. They come back, try again, and still does not work. Try to reach them by their 800 number and they don't answer. I go through this every year when I try to update my website. Real hassle to update and they offer next to nothing in support. They are great,, though, at billing my credit card for annual fees, in fact last year they billed me on two separate occasions and it was a hassle trying to get the overcharge back. If I could rate them lower that '1' I would. So it is buyer beware with these folks. They are only interested in your money and not providing support. So here I sit, six weeks since my first request for assistance and still nothing.
