Domenus is a Russian domain registrar and infrastructure provider operating within the Filanco (filanco.ru) group. The wider organization has been active in telecommunications, hosting, and data-center services since 1999. Domenus later received registrar accreditation for the .SU zone in 2008, the .RU zone in 2008, and the Cyrillic .РФ extension in 2009.

Domain registration and portfolio management remain the company’s main business. The available selection covers more than 300 national, international, geographic, and thematic extensions, including .RU, .РФ, .SU, .COM and many newer generic domains.

The domain-management platform includes free DNS administration, registration certificates, automatic renewal, administrator changes, domain transfers, forwarding, and additional protection against unauthorized operations. Customers can manage A, MX, TXT, CNAME, and other DNS records directly from their account. Registrations are normally completed within approximately 10 to 15 minutes after payment and any required verification.

Domenus manages a substantial domain portfolio, with company figures ranging from more than 45,000 to over 53,000 active domains. The difference appears to reflect counters updated at different times, but both figures confirm an established customer base rather than a small reseller operation.

The partner program is particularly useful for hosting companies, web studios, developers, and agencies managing domains for their own customers. Partners receive reduced registration and renewal prices, a separate control panel, API access, individual customer accounts, and a WHMCS integration module. The system supports automated registrations, renewals, transfers, nameserver changes, contact updates, and expiration synchronization.

The standard partner level is intended for portfolios containing up to 50 domains, while VIP pricing becomes available from 51 domains. Partners can establish their own retail prices and operate the domain service under their own commercial model.

The infrastructure portfolio also includes dedicated servers and server colocation. Dedicated server packages include an operating system, a 100 Mbps network connection, one IP address, remote reboot functions, IP KVM access, redundant power, climate control, and continuous technical support. These packages are most suitable for customers capable of administering their own operating system and applications.

The colocation service includes rack space, electrical power, connectivity, allocated traffic, DDoS protection, installation assistance, remote-hands support, spare-parts storage, and equipment delivery within Russia. Customers with their own autonomous system and IP resources can also arrange BGP announcements.

The entry-level colocation configuration includes 1U of rack space, approximately 150 watts of power, a 100 Mbps port, and 20 TB of monthly traffic. Larger deployments can be arranged according to rack-space, power, bandwidth, and redundancy requirements.

Domenus also maintains contractual terms for VPS/VDS, traditional shared hosting, and CMS hosting. These services are less prominent than domain registration, dedicated servers, and colocation, and their current configurations are not organized into the same clear public catalog. Customers interested in virtual or shared hosting should request an up-to-date tariff and technical specification before placing an order.

The website and customer documentation are entirely in Russian, while prices and customer balances are maintained in Russian rubles. The platform is therefore best suited to Russian-speaking customers, local companies, and regional domain resellers.
