Brothers Ho Qiyang Mark and Ho Junyang Michael have been connected with the company as equal shareholders and directors. Its activities developed around domain registration, website development, digital marketing and hosting services for Singaporean businesses.

Domain Registration Pte. Ltd. is an accredited registrar for Singapore’s national domain namespace. Customers can register extensions such as .sg, .com.sg, .org.sg, .net.sg, together with the Singapore internationalized domains .新加坡 and .சிங்கப்பூர். The Singapore namespace exceeded 203,000 registered domains in June 2026, placing these services within a mature and well-regulated local domain market.

Domain management covers new registrations, renewals, transfers, DNS administration, DNSSEC, domain forwarding, email forwarding and nameserver configuration. Domains can be purchased independently or combined with hosting, email and security services. The principal hosting service is Singapore Linux shared hosting. Professional Email is based on OX App Suite and adds shared calendars, contact management, tasks, CardDAV, CalDAV, migration tools and optional cloud storage. The productivity edition includes browser-based applications for documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Mailbox capacities of 10 GB and 25 GB are available, together with a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Independent incoming and outgoing email filtering can be added to externally or internally hosted mail servers. Incoming filtering blocks spam and malicious content before delivery, while outgoing filtering helps protect the reputation of a domain or mail-server IP address when an account becomes compromised. Email archiving adds encrypted retention of sent and received messages for recovery, auditing and regulatory requirements.

Security services include commercial SSL certificates, malware scanning, vulnerability monitoring, automatic malware removal, web application firewall protection and CDN acceleration. Available SSL categories include domain validation, organization validation, extended validation and wildcard coverage through RapidSSL and GeoTrust. Shared hosting customers already receive free Let’s Encrypt certificates for standard website encryption.

The website backup service uses CodeGuard technology. It includes daily off-site backups, unlimited file and database counts within the selected storage capacity, one-click restoration, file-change notifications, malware monitoring, restore staging and automatic WordPress updates. Backup data is protected with AES-256 encryption and stored using Amazon Web Services S3 infrastructure.

Additional business services include custom website design, e-commerce development, content management systems, logo design, print design, SEO, PPC campaign management, email marketing and SMS marketing. Website projects use individually prepared layouts rather than standard templates and can include HTML5 development, analytics integration and search-engine optimization.

Cloud, managed, dedicated and hybrid infrastructure services are also part of the company’s broader portfolio. These services cover scalable cloud environments, managed systems, Windows or Red Hat Linux configurations, hardware replacement commitments and individually configured dedicated servers.
