Domain Name Sanity is a long-established domain registration and web hosting provider that has been operating since 2000. The company was founded by Bruce B. and remained independent until 2018, when it was acquired by Site Arrow (sitearrow.com), a family-owned Singapore hosting group. Site Arrow operates without outside investors or debt and manages several hosting-related businesses. In 2025, the 1stHostWeb and GH1 customer bases were also acquired and integrated into Domain Name Sanity.

The business is legally operated by Site Arrow Pte. Ltd., Singapore registration number UEN 202030790Z. Domain Name Sanity is aimed primarily at individuals, small companies, organizations and customers who want domains, straightforward web hosting and professional email without having to commit immediately to a long-term contract. The website and support environment are in English, and product prices are primarily listed in US Dollars before applicable VAT, GST or local sales taxes.

The main hosting product is shared web hosting, available through Starter, Pro and Business packages. Starter includes 10 GB of storage, 100 GB of monthly bandwidth and hosting for one website. Pro increases this to 20 GB of storage, 200 GB of bandwidth and up to 10 websites, while Business provides 40 GB of storage, 400 GB of bandwidth and support for an unlimited number of websites.

Domain Name Sanity also continues to support the inherited 1stHostWeb hosting package. This annual plan includes 250 MB of storage, 10 GB of bandwidth and registration or renewal of one .com, .net or .org domain. DirectAdmin, WordPress and Softaculous are included, while additional storage and monthly bandwidth can be purchased separately. The storage allowance is very small by current hosting standards, but the plan can still suit very lightweight websites where the bundled domain registration is useful.

A considerably more hands-on option is the WordPress Hosting and Maintenance service. Priced per website, it combines hosting with ongoing WordPress administration. The service includes unlimited small website edits handled one at a time, 24/7 technical assistance, a 24-hour target for requested changes, WordPress Starter Hosting, website migration, SSL, staging, PHP 8.x support and 30 days of daily backups.

WordPress maintenance also covers core, theme and plugin updates, cache optimization, database maintenance, monitoring and off-site backups. Customers can choose from four global hosting locations, making this product more suitable for businesses that prefer to outsource routine WordPress administration instead of managing the CMS themselves.

For private blog networks, Domain Name Sanity also offers PBN Hosting through LaunchCDN (launchcdn.com). The platform centralizes WordPress management while distributing websites across multiple hosting and CDN resources.
