😠 Do not purchase from this site. This is a scam site. Here is my nightmare story with this site:
I purchased a .pk domain from this site. After paying the amount and completing the registration, the domain did NOT get registered. They don't mention this policy on their site but after you pay for a domain on their site, your application goes to manual approval. Now it is up to them if they register your domain or not even though you would have already paid for the domain. I have purchased dozens of doamins and let me tell you this does not happen with any reputable registrar in the world.
After a few days if they decide to register your domain, get ready for your mind to be blown. When you try to change your domain's DNS settings, that portal is on a completely DIFFERENT SITE! Apparently, they use your information from your domain.pk account to create a new account on another registrar. The portal on this new site is horrendous to the say the very least. You will spend hours trying to figure out where your domain settings are. But dont worry it gets better! If you want to add a new dns record for example an A, CNAME or TXT record you have to sumbit a formal written application to the other registrar and pay a fee for changing your dns records!
At this point I immediately asked for a refund. First I got a reply saying they dont have a refunds policy. Then when I pointed out their malpractices, they told me to buy another domain from their site and offered to refund that domain if things didn't worked out for me. I can't believe this my self. Needless to say, I completely lashed out on their support email after this.
Bottom Line is: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. DOMAIN.PK IS A SCAM. This is my first time reviewing anything and I don't wish this torture on anyone else.
