📄 Editorial Review

DNHOST is a Greek web hosting and domain-services company operating since 2000, giving it more than 25 years of experience in the Greek Internet market. The business operates through DNHOST IKE from Athens and combines domain registration, web hosting, managed servers, SSL certificates and website-building services within the same platform. Co-founder Yannis (Ioannis) Farazoumis has been associated with the company's development, while DNHOST has grown into an established Greek hosting provider serving tens of thousands of customers.

Its hosting range covers Domains, Web Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Semi-Dedicated Hosting, Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, SSL Certificates and Website Builder services. The product structure works well for customers who want to begin with an inexpensive hosting package and later move to stronger resources without changing provider.

Standard Web Hosting is Linux based and combines SSD/NVMe storage, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux and Plesk Obsidian. The Beginner, Grow, Expand and Scale packages support between one and ten websites, depending on the selected plan. Unlimited traffic is included, while storage increases from 1 GB on the smallest package to 20 GB on Scale. Email accounts, databases, Let's Encrypt SSL, daily backups, malware protection and website migration assistance are included. CloudLinux isolation gives individual hosting accounts controlled CPU, memory and I/O resources.

Managed WordPress Hosting adds a more specialized environment for WordPress websites. LiteSpeed and LSCache are combined with Plesk WordPress Toolkit Deluxe, staging, Smart Updates, automated daily backups and WordPress security tools. The range extends from smaller Business packages to Enterprise configurations with substantially more CPU, RAM, disk space and supported monthly page views. Website migration and WordPress-oriented technical assistance are included.

Reseller Hosting is offered through Genesis, Designer and Entrepreneur packages. These provide a white-label Plesk environment, separate control-panel access for reseller customers, private nameservers and support for multiple hosted websites within the resources of the selected package. This is particularly suitable for web designers, developers and agencies that need to host customer websites independently without maintaining their own virtual server.

Semi-Dedicated Hosting sits between ordinary shared hosting and VPS service. Motor, Turbo, Jet and Rocket packages provide larger CPU, RAM and I/O allocations while keeping the convenience of a managed hosting platform. NVMe storage, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, daily backups, Plesk and GIT support are included. This gives busier websites considerably more resources without requiring the customer to administer a complete server.

The Cloud VPS portfolio includes servers in Greece and Germany. Greek configurations use dedicated Intel CPU resources, while the German range includes both shared-vCPU and larger AMD-powered configurations. Full server management, SSH access, optional Plesk, WordPress Toolkit integration, security management, migration assistance and backup options are available. Some German configurations include monthly transfer allowances of 20 TB or 30 TB.

At the top of the range, Managed Dedicated Servers include modern Intel Core, Intel Core Ultra, AMD Ryzen and AMD EPYC hardware. Available configurations extend to large AMD EPYC systems with dozens of CPU cores, 128 GB DDR5 memory and enterprise NVMe storage. Initial configuration, operating-system maintenance, security management, monitoring and Plesk administration can all be handled as part of the managed service.

DNHOST is also an established Greek domain registrar. It supports Greek .gr and .ελ domains together with .com, .net, .org, .eu and hundreds of newer international domain extensions. More than 480 domain extensions are available.

SSL certificates cover DV, OV, EV, Wildcard and Multi-Domain requirements, with products from established certificate authorities such as DigiCert, GeoTrust, Thawte, Comodo and Sectigo.

A free website builder based on Site.Pro is included with web hosting. It provides a visual drag-and-drop interface, responsive templates and a Greek-language working environment, making it suitable for customers who want to create a website without installing a CMS.

The commercial website is primarily in Greek, and hosting prices are denominated in EUR. The overall interface is modern and suitable for both desktop and mobile use. The service remains strongly focused on the Greek market, particularly customers who prefer Greek-language sales and technical support.
