DhyHost is an Indonesian web hosting and server provider established in January 2013. The company was co-founded by Sadeva Aldy Pratama and operates from Cirebon, West Java. Its services are now connected with PT Awan Data Teknologi and the newer AwanData brand, which handles much of the current cloud hosting, VPS and dedicated-server portfolio.

The company serves individuals, developers, web agencies, hosting resellers and businesses that prefer Indonesian billing, local support and server locations close to Southeast Asian audiences. Its portfolio covers domain registration, shared hosting, WordPress hosting, unlimited hosting, business hosting, semi-dedicated hosting, cloud hosting, reseller hosting, KVM VPS, managed VPS, NVMe VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, business email, FTP backup storage, SSL certificates and website-building tools.

Personal Hosting is the entry-level option for small websites, portfolios, blogs and basic WordPress installations. These accounts use SSD storage with RAID protection, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, CageFS, DirectAdmin and Softaculous. Free SSL certificates, weekly backups, email accounts, MySQL databases, FTP access, subdomains and multiple PHP versions are included. The account-level CPU and RAM limits are modest, but the low annual price makes these packages practical for lightweight websites.

Business Hosting increases the storage allocation and supports larger company websites, content-heavy installations and smaller online stores. Indonesian, Singaporean and US server locations have been available across this range. Customers receive DirectAdmin, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux isolation, free SSL, application installation tools, weekly backups and website migration assistance.

The newer WordPress Hosting platform uses NVMe storage, LiteSpeed and daily off-site backups. Resources scale from approximately one CPU core and 1 GB RAM to four cores and 8 GB RAM. AwanPanel provides file management, database administration, SSL controls, cron jobs, PHP selection, WordPress management and instant backup functions. Email hosting is not included with these WordPress packages, so customers need an external email or SMTP service.

Unlimited Hosting is a more flexible shared-hosting range for customers running several websites, email accounts and databases. Storage and traffic are sold without fixed quotas, although CPU, RAM, inode and fair-use restrictions still apply. Depending on the selected package, customers can host one, six or unlimited domains. LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, malware protection, weekly backups, free SSL and a complimentary .com domain are included on applicable plans. Higher packages add SSH, Node.js, Python, SitePad and PHP performance-analysis tools.

Semi-Dedicated Hosting gives each account more processor and memory capacity while retaining the convenience of managed shared hosting. Packages use NVMe storage and provide approximately one or two CPU cores, 2–3 GB RAM, unmetered traffic and support for multiple websites. Indonesian and US server choices are available, together with cPanel or DirectAdmin, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, CageFS, Imunify360, migration assistance and off-site backups.

Cloud Hosting Pro provides VPS-class resources without requiring the customer to administer an operating system. Plans range from around 20 GB NVMe storage, two CPU cores and 4 GB RAM to 100 GB storage, eight cores and 16 GB RAM. cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, RAID-protected NVMe storage, unmetered traffic and off-site backups are included. Server locations include Jakarta, Singapore and Virginia, United States.

The reseller portfolio includes DirectAdmin reseller hosting, cPanel and WHM reseller hosting, and high-capacity reseller packages. These services support white-label account creation, individual customer accounts, free SSL, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Softaculous and unmetered traffic. They are suitable for web designers, developers and small hosting businesses that want to resell hosting without maintaining their own server.

DhyHost has an extensive VPS range based on KVM virtualization. Cloud VPS customers can reinstall the operating system, restart or shut down the server, access a console and manage reverse DNS from the VPS control panel. Indonesian VPS configurations begin with approximately 1 GB RAM and extend to much larger instances with 32 GB RAM. Singapore and US VPS locations are also available.

Budget VPS Indonesia concentrates on higher RAM and processor allocations at comparatively low monthly prices. These plans use Intel Xeon E5 hardware with NVMe caching and are well suited to development environments, private applications, staging systems and projects where capacity is more important than having the newest processor generation.

NVMe VPS Indonesia uses faster native NVMe storage with Intel Xeon E5 v4 and AMD EPYC infrastructure. Managed VPS adds operating-system installation, control-panel deployment, migration assistance and server configuration. Customers can select unmanaged Linux, WordPress or LEMP environments, CyberPanel, DirectAdmin or cPanel and WHM. Windows installation is possible on VPS configurations with sufficient memory and processor resources.

Dedicated servers include single- and dual-processor Intel Xeon configurations, SSD storage arrays, large RAM allocations, multiple IPv4 addresses and high-bandwidth connections. Larger configurations include dual Xeon E5 processors, 64–128 GB RAM and multiple SSDs. Remote-hands assistance is available for basic physical operations such as restarting equipment.

The colocation service accommodates customer-owned hardware in individual rack units. Options begin with 1U and 2U server installations, with Indonesian and international bandwidth allocations handled separately. Rack availability, power allocation, setup costs and remote-hands conditions depend on the selected configuration.

Additional services include domain registration, Indonesian domain-document processing, commercial SSL certificates, business email and FTP backup storage. Email hosting includes SMTP, POP3, IMAP, webmail, aliases, forwarding, mailing lists, autoresponders and spam filtering. Packages range from approximately 25 to 100 mailboxes.

FTP backup accounts provide between 25 GB and 250 GB of storage in Indonesia or the United States. These accounts function as remote storage destinations rather than complete managed backup systems, making them useful for server archives, website copies and externally generated backups.

The security platform includes CloudLinux, CageFS, Imunify360 or BitNinja on applicable services, LiteSpeed, free Let’s Encrypt certificates, DDoS mitigation and integration with Cloudflare. Large attacks or compromised accounts may still result in temporary IP blocking or service suspension to protect the wider infrastructure.

DhyHost operates its own AS151592 network and associated IP address resources. This gives the company more control over routing and network administration than a basic hosting reseller that operates entirely inside another provider’s account.

The main DhyHost website is primarily available in Indonesian. The billing portal supports Indonesian, English and several additional interface languages, although the product information is not consistently translated into English. Billing uses Indonesian rupiah, without a separate international storefront currency.

The older DhyHost storefront has a dated and somewhat fragmented design. Some promotional prices, footer details and technical references come from different generations of the service, while many current products are handled through the newer AwanData platform. The site remains functional, but customers should confirm the final resource limits, renewal cost, control panel and server location inside the current order form.
