The company has built a sizable local customer base. More than 100,000 domains have been registered through its platform, while its reseller program serves more than 2,500 active domain resellers. Shared Hosting is the entry-level service and combines NVMe/SSD storage, free SSL, daily backups, unlimited bandwidth, free migration assistance, and 24/7 customer support. Customers can choose between cPanel with LiteSpeed or DirectAdmin with Nginx. Ready-stock servers can normally be provisioned within several hours, while some configurations can require up to one or two days.

Colocation gives customers the ability to install their own physical servers in Jakarta infrastructure. Space is available from individual rack units through larger deployments, with power, cooling, connectivity, IP allocation, physical security, and remote-hands assistance available according to the selected package. This gives DewaBiz a clear infrastructure path from entry-level hosting through VPS and dedicated servers to customer-owned physical hardware.

Domain services form another substantial part of the business. Domain Registration covers hundreds of generic and country-code extensions, including Indonesia's .ID family. Customers receive DNS management, account-to-account domain push capability, and WHOIS privacy where supported.
