DepoHost is a Russian hosting and managed-infrastructure provider operating under the ArtexTelecom trade name. Services are supplied by ООО «Депо Телеком», a Moscow company established on October 19, 2007. The company is managed and wholly owned by Vitaly Viktorovich Kharapud.

DepoHost is primarily focused on the Russian market, with infrastructure in Moscow, Russian-language technical assistance and prices in Russian rubles. The absence of an English version makes the service more suitable for Russian-speaking individuals, companies, system administrators and accounting departments than for international customers.

ООО «Депо Телеком» is registered as a Russian hosting provider and personal-data operator. It holds telecommunications licenses for telematic services and data transmission. The telematic-services license is valid until February 27, 2028, while the data-transmission license remains valid until June 14, 2027. DepoHost is also an official partner of 1C and ISPsystem.

The legal entity is classified as a microenterprise. Corporate records indicate an average workforce of two employees, although technical work may also involve contractors or personnel connected with related operations. Revenue for 2025 was approximately RUB 14.01 million, with a reported loss of roughly RUB 998,000.

The main product is dedicated server rental, with both ready-to-use machines and individually assembled configurations. Free migration, application optimization and initial setup add useful value for customers moving from another provider. This assistance makes the virtual-server range more accessible to small companies that do not have a full-time system administrator.

One of DepoHost’s strongest areas is 1C hosting. Customers can rent a virtual or physical server for 1C:Enterprise, 1C Accounting and related business applications, or order a more complex isolated infrastructure. The technical team can install 1C, configure Microsoft SQL Server or Linux-based alternatives, create user accounts, establish VPN access and migrate an existing database.

Larger 1C environments can be divided between separate database, application and storage servers. Preconfigured architectures are available for approximately 30, 100 or 200 users, with VPN connectivity through OpenVPN, IKEv2/IPsec or L2TP/IPsec.

More demanding installations can use multiple application servers, separate database machines, dedicated storage and Zabbix monitoring. This gives DepoHost a stronger business-software specialization than the average low-cost hosting provider.

The service portfolio also includes Unix shared hosting, Windows dedicated servers, Windows VPS and VDS plans, Microsoft licenses, domain registration, SSL certificates, DNS hosting, network-equipment rental, server monitoring and managed Linux, Unix and Windows administration.

Microsoft licensing covers Windows Server, SQL Server and Remote Desktop Services user licenses. SSL certificates are available from GlobalSign, Sectigo, DigiCert, RapidSSL and related certificate brands.

The shared-hosting range consists of the Start, Master, Profi and Business packages. Depending on the selected plan, customers receive between 2 GB and 5 GB of storage, unlimited traffic and mailboxes, support for between 5 and 20 websites and between 4 and 10 MySQL databases.

Some shared-hosting specifications require confirmation before ordering. The product information still includes references to PHP 6.x, PHP 7.x and ZendOptimizer. PHP 6 was never released as a normal production branch, while the entire PHP 7 generation is obsolete. Customers should therefore request the exact PHP, database, TLS and operating-system versions currently installed on the production servers.

The Windows information also includes technologies from several different generations. Current licensing options cover Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025, while older sections still mention Windows Server 2008 and 2012. Legacy Symantec certificate terminology also remains alongside modern DigiCert products.

The ordering system remains functional and the general layout works reasonably well on modern screens, although parts of the technical catalog would benefit from updated terminology and more consistent product details.
