Delska is a Northern European cloud, data center, and network infrastructure provider with roots going back to 1999, when the business that later became DELSKA Latvia began operating as DEAC. The present Delska group was formed in 2024 by bringing together DEAC in Latvia and Data Logistics Center in Lithuania. Both businesses had been acquired earlier by the Swiss Quaero European Infrastructure Fund II, managed by Quaero Capital. Lithuanian data center operator RackRay subsequently joined the group and was integrated into DELSKA Lithuania.

Delska is substantially different from a conventional shared web hosting provider. Its focus is on cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, private cloud, dedicated servers, colocation, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and managed infrastructure. The company employs more than 95 IT specialists, works with customers across more than 40 export markets, and maintains operations in Latvia, Lithuania, and other European infrastructure locations.

One of the most accessible services is myDelska, a self-service European cloud platform based on KVM virtualization. Virtual machines can be deployed in Riga, Vilnius, and Frankfurt, with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, CentOS, Alpine Linux, and openSUSE, as well as Windows options. Standard VMs use an emulated KVM64 CPU, while higher-performance configurations can use CPU passthrough for workloads that benefit from direct access to processor capabilities.

myDelska includes unmetered inbound and outbound traffic, with 100 Mbps included by default. Customers can add SSD storage, higher network capacity, backup storage, private networking, and firewall protection. The platform includes VM deployment and lifecycle management, monitoring, console access, network configuration, backup management, billing functions, and API access for automation.

The VMware Public Cloud service is aimed more directly at enterprise virtualization requirements. Customers can use ready-made or customized resource pools in Riga, Vilnius, and Frankfurt and manage their allocated environment through VMware Cloud Director. Managed services, backup and restore, firewall and VPN configuration, licensing, migration assistance, monitoring, and customized SLA arrangements can be added.

Private Cloud is available for companies needing a dedicated virtual environment with stronger workload isolation or more predictable resources. It can be combined with Delska's networking, backup, managed administration, and data center services, making it suitable for organizations that want a more controlled infrastructure model without building their own physical environment.

Dedicated Servers and Hardware Rental uses Dell and HPE equipment, with available configurations depending on the data center and current hardware inventory. Customers receive physical server resources together with data center placement, power, network connectivity, an IPv4 address, unmetered traffic, and technical support. Dedicated systems are available in locations including Riga, Vilnius, and Amsterdam, and custom hardware configurations can also be arranged.

Colocation and Rack Rental ranges from individual 1U and 2U server placements to quarter racks, half racks, and complete cabinets. Standard packages can include power allocation, network connectivity, unmetered traffic, an IPv4 address, and access to the facility by prior arrangement. Additional power, cross-connects, network capacity, IPv4 resources, backup services, 1G or 10G ports, and Remote Hands are available for larger deployments.

Network services are one of Delska's stronger differentiators. The portfolio includes dark fiber, DWDM, Layer 2 Ethernet, international IP transit, DDoS protection, and Internet Exchange connectivity. The Baltic Highway network connects Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Warsaw, and Frankfurt over approximately 3,000 kilometers. Internet Exchange connectivity includes LITIX and DE-CIX.

Delska also provides backup, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions across multiple infrastructure locations. Managed services can cover operating systems, monitoring, hardware assistance, Remote Hands, infrastructure administration, and individually contracted service levels.
