The business initially focused on resources for website creators and expanded into commercial web hosting and domain registration in 2005, giving it more than two decades of experience in Thailand's hosting market. The company operates from Ban Khai, Rayong, Thailand, and its LinkedIn company profile places the organization in the 2-10 employee range.

Its portfolio covers domain registration, Linux shared hosting, multi-domain hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, SSL certificates, professional email, DirectAdmin licenses, open-source server solutions, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The main Linux Web Hosting range is divided into Single Domain, Multi Domain and Reseller packages. Colocation is available for 1U, 2U and 3U equipment, with one IP address, a 1 Gbps Internet connection and one power outlet included. This gives customers the option of placing their own physical equipment in Bangkok while retaining control over server hardware and software.

Domain registration covers international extensions as well as Thai extensions including .in.th, .co.th, .ac.th, .go.th, .net.th, .or.th and .mi.th. Domain management includes DNS controls, email forwarding, URL forwarding, theft protection, bulk management features and Whois privacy where supported by the registry. SSL certificates include DV, OV and EV options, with single-domain, wildcard and multi-domain products available. Certificates support up to 256-bit encryption and 2048-bit keys, while installation assistance is available for customers who do not want to configure SSL manually.

Professional email is offered through Business and Enterprise packages. Business mailboxes include 5 GB of storage and Enterprise mailboxes provide 30 GB, together with webmail, synchronization, calendar functions, SSL and antivirus protection.
