*📜 Plan description
Full Rack 47U Moscow provides 47U cabinet 600x1000 mm with 6 x PDU16A and 5 kW electricity included. The base monthly rack fee is 110000 RUB. Network ports, traffic, IP addressing, cross-connects and protected bandwidth are separate selections.
Rack rental provides a dedicated cabinet or a reserved portion of a cabinet for customer equipment. The service supports full racks of approximately 42 to 47 units and, in Moscow, half-rack and one-third-rack options. Customers receive controlled access to their hardware, 24x7 remote-hands assistance, regulated temperature conditions and protected data-center space. Network connectivity is selected separately from 100 Mbit/s, 1 Gbit/s and other available port options; traffic packages, guaranteed or non-guaranteed unmetered ports, IP addresses, IPv6 networks and DDoS-filtered bandwidth are priced as additions. DataHouse can assist with transport from another data center, installation, rack preparation, cabling, cross-connects and service restoration. The facilities provide redundant electrical systems, cooling, fire protection, physical security and continuous monitoring. The rack service states a 99.99 percent SLA with financial guarantees. Base prices differ by city and may include electricity in Moscow or exclude electricity in Ekaterinburg, as specified for each entry. All prices are shown without 22 percent VAT.

📄 Editorial Review
DataHouse is a Russian data-center and infrastructure provider operating since 2006, when its first small Moscow facility began hosting servers for Hoster.ru and several partner companies. The business later developed into a federal network of carrier-neutral data centers serving Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg.DataHouse operates within Filanco (filanco.ru), a Russian telecommunications and infrastructure group active since 1999. This relationship gives the company access to broader expertise in data centers, connectivity, traffic exchange, domains, hosting, and managed infrastructure. Services are legally provided through ООО «ДАТАХАУС».
The company is primarily an infrastructure provider rather than a conventional shared-hosting business. Its portfolio includes Dedicated Servers, GPU Servers, 1C Servers, Intel Xeon Scalable Servers, VPS/VDS, Cloud Hosting, S3 Object Storage, Colocation, Server Rack Rental, DDoS Protection, server administration, cloud administration, equipment migration, Remote Hands, and custom infrastructure projects.
The Dedicated Server range includes ready-to-use physical systems that can normally be activated within approximately ten minutes after payment. Standard features include a 100 Mbps connection, one IPv4 address, KVM access when required, replacement of failed components, API functions, and round-the-clock technical assistance.
Custom server configurations can be assembled with different processors, RAM capacities, SSD, NVMe and HDD storage, RAID controllers, GPUs, network interfaces, and DDoS-protection options. Standard custom configurations are normally prepared within five business days, while more complex systems can require up to fourteen days.
Available operating systems include Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, and Windows Server. The servers can support websites, databases, corporate applications, private services, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and other business workloads. Specialized protected environments can also be created for projects requiring FSTEC-related controls, critical-infrastructure arrangements, or PCI DSS compliance.
The 1C Server line is intended for Russian accounting, ERP, and enterprise-management applications. These configurations prioritize strong processor performance per core, sufficient memory, SSD storage, and stable network connectivity. For environments with approximately 10 to 30 simultaneous 1C users, the recommended starting point is at least six processor cores, a clock speed around 3.4 GHz, and 64 GB RAM.
The Intel Xeon Scalable Server range uses new equipment assembled according to customer requirements. Activation, IP connectivity, operating-system installation, KVM access, and administrative assistance are included. These systems are suitable for large databases, virtualization clusters, analytics, enterprise applications, and workloads requiring newer server architecture.
GPU Servers are available as dedicated systems and cloud resources with hourly or daily billing. Configurations include NVIDIA Tesla T4, Tesla V100, and GTX 1080 accelerators. They can be used for machine learning, analytical processing, financial calculations, 3D rendering, video processing, geodesy, and industrial modeling. Some available GPU models belong to older generations, so customers requiring newer CUDA capabilities or current accelerator architecture should confirm hardware availability before ordering.
The DataCloud platform supplies IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS resources through pay-as-you-go hourly billing. Virtual machines can be configured using vCPU, vRAM, SSD, and HDD resources, while predefined packages cover general-purpose, processor-intensive, and memory-intensive workloads.
Migration, operating-system installation, network configuration, application deployment, and ongoing administration are available for businesses that prefer a managed cloud environment. This makes DataCloud suitable for companies without a dedicated internal infrastructure team.
The Cloud VPS/VDS range uses the same DataCloud infrastructure. Packages extend from small entry-level virtual machines to configurations with 24 vCPUs, 96 GB RAM, and 1 TB SSD storage. The platform can therefore support development systems, business applications, databases, web projects, and considerably larger production workloads.
DataCloud S3 provides scalable object storage through HTTPS and an S3-compatible API. Information is encrypted during transmission and storage, while mirrored storage reduces the risk of losing data after an individual hardware failure. The service is suitable for backups, archives, application objects, media collections, data lakes, and static website files.
Colocation is one of the company’s strongest service categories. Customers can place an individual server, rent one-third or one-half of a rack, lease a complete 42U–47U cabinet, or arrange a private machine room and protected equipment area. Rack configurations can support approximately 15 kVA, depending on the facility and technical design.
The Colocation service includes installation assistance, cabling, a 100 Mbps network port, IP connectivity, controlled temperature, KVM access, API functions, round-the-clock facility access, and Remote Hands support. DataHouse can collect equipment from another Russian data center, transport it, install it, connect it, and assist with the migration.
The company has completed more than 500 rack migrations. Smaller equipment transfers within Moscow or Saint Petersburg can qualify for free local transportation, making it easier for customers to move existing infrastructure without arranging a separate logistics provider.
Remote administration covers considerably more than basic restart assistance. Engineers can install and configure Linux, Windows, and FreeBSD systems; Nginx, Apache, and IIS web servers; mail platforms; MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle databases; backup software; virtualization platforms; firewalls; and security systems.
DevOps engineers can assist with cloud migration, network redesign, application deployment, infrastructure modernization, monitoring, automation, and continuous project maintenance. This allows customers to combine physical infrastructure and ongoing administration under one provider.
The DDoS Protection service covers network, transport, and application-layer attacks, including L3–L4 and L7 filtering. It includes continuous monitoring, individual response procedures, attack reports, scalable protected bandwidth, and integration with dedicated servers, cloud resources, and colocated equipment.
The company operates in Russian, and commercial prices are denominated in Russian rubles. Its website provides direct access to products, tariffs, legal documents, support channels, and the customer account. Some older service references remain within the wider catalog, so final availability and current pricing should be confirmed during ordering.
