Datacheap is primarily an infrastructure provider rather than a conventional shared-hosting company. Its portfolio includes VPS/VDS, Dedicated Servers, Server Colocation, Full Rack Rental, Internet Access Ports, Layer 2 Connectivity, Server Administration, IT Outsourcing, Backup Storage, SSL Certificates, Infrastructure Monitoring, and housing for mining equipment. New mining-equipment placements are currently suspended.

The VPS range covers general-purpose virtual servers, unlimited-traffic packages, professionally protected configurations, and gaming-oriented servers. Available systems include dual-processor configurations, large DDR4 memory allocations, SSD or NVMe storage, shared gigabit connectivity, monitoring, DDoS protection, and IP-KVM remote access.

Colocation customers can rent individual rack units or complete 47U and 48U cabinets. Basic remote-hands assistance covers equipment installation and removal, cabling, power cycling, initial diagnostics, console operations, and moving hardware to a customer workspace. More complex network, hardware, or operating-system work is billed separately.
