ECC server RAM
The RAM modules used in the servers are different from the ones you know from your home computer. They store additional information about checksums. Thanks to them, in the event of accidental shifting of the bit - the RAM module is able to recreate mistakenly distorted information, to ensure maximum reliability.
Data
Of course, this is the most important thing - we save the data in RAID 1 for the most frequently chosen two-disk options, but there are also possibilities of using, for example, 4 disks in RAID 10, in the case of servers in a rack enclosure, offered by individual conversation.
