CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. is an Indian enterprise data center, cloud, connectivity, and managed infrastructure provider founded in 2007 by Sridhar Pinnapureddy, who remains the company’s chairman and CEO. Headquartered in Hyderabad, CtrlS concentrates on mission-critical enterprise infrastructure rather than conventional shared hosting or entry-level website hosting.

The company has developed one of India’s largest data center portfolios, with 19 data centers across nine Indian markets and more than 370 MW of operational capacity as of June 2026. Another 4.4 GW of capacity is progressing through different development stages. A major partnership with CPP Investments includes commitments of up to ₹7,000 crore, combining a direct investment in CtrlS with additional capital for a jointly owned data center development platform. Thailand is expected to become the company’s first international data center market.

Its main Colocation Hosting options range from individual rack capacity and secure cages to private data halls, dedicated floors, and complete buildings. This gives customers considerable flexibility, whether they need only a few cabinets or a customized hyperscale deployment. The larger facilities support carrier-neutral connectivity, biometric controls, restricted access areas, AI-assisted surveillance, and high-density power configurations.

The Private Cloud portfolio includes ACP, Neutrino, managed infrastructure, virtual machines, container environments, enterprise storage, networking, and customized private cloud systems. These environments suit organizations that require dedicated resources, stronger isolation, regulatory control, predictable performance, or full management by an infrastructure specialist.

GPU Private Cloud is intended for artificial intelligence, machine learning, high-performance computing, data processing, and large model workloads. It combines dedicated GPU hardware with bare-metal deployment, orchestration, autoscaling, isolated environments, and managed operations. Qualified organizations can request a seven-day trial before moving into a larger commercial deployment.

The Infrastructure as a Service portfolio covers virtual machines, operating systems, storage, networking, container platforms, and Kubernetes environments. Customers can select standardized configurations or build customized systems around their application, security, and compliance requirements. Both consumption-based arrangements and longer subscription contracts are possible, while monitoring, patching, incident management, and infrastructure administration can be included as managed services.

CtrlS also provides Disaster Recovery as a Service, Backup as a Service, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, remote infrastructure management, database administration, firewall management, managed networking, cybersecurity, and security operations center services. Disaster recovery contracts can include agreed recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives, scheduled simulations, and business continuity exercises. Some agreements also include financial or service-credit penalties when contracted recovery targets are missed.

Its connectivity portfolio includes dedicated internet access, metropolitan point-to-point links, campus connectivity, internet exchange access, SD-WAN, and private connections to cloud platforms. Cloud Connect supports private links at 1, 10, and 100 Gbps, including connectivity to Google Cloud. These private connections are useful for hybrid cloud environments where routing control, predictable latency, and traffic isolation are more important than ordinary public internet access.

CtrlS is not intended for customers searching for inexpensive shared hosting, reseller hosting, a basic website builder, or a simple domain-and-email bundle. Its services are better suited to banks, government institutions, healthcare organizations, large software companies, digital platforms, and enterprises with demanding availability, compliance, security, or data-residency requirements.

The wider organization has more than 3,000 employees, with a large proportion working in engineering, infrastructure operations, security, and data center design. Services are delivered primarily in English, and standardized Indian cloud pricing uses Indian rupees (INR). Most large deployments require technical consultation and a commercial proposal instead of an instant consumer-style checkout.
