Conexcol Cloud Colombia S.A.S. is a Colombian hosting and cloud infrastructure provider with roots dating back to 1998. The business originally began as a Colombian web directory and search engine, indexing more than 10,000 local websites during its early development, before expanding into hosting and Internet infrastructure. Today, the company operates from Medellín under the legal entity Conexcol Cloud Colombia S.A.S., NIT 900.843.400-5, with David Velásquez identified as CEO.

Conexcol has developed a broad portfolio aimed mainly at Colombian companies, developers, agencies and online businesses. Its services include Elastic cPanel Hosting, WordPress Hosting, WooCommerce Hosting, Windows Hosting, Cluster Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Cloud/VPS Servers, application-ready cloud servers, business email, domain registration, SSL certificates, cPanel and Plesk licenses, and an AI Website Builder. The infrastructure strategy is strongly centered on Colombia, making the provider particularly relevant when local latency, Colombian IP addresses and domestic data residency matter.

The standard Linux hosting platform is based on Elastic Sites, combining traditional managed hosting convenience with defined CPU and memory allocations. Each account runs inside a CloudLinux LVE environment, providing clearer resource separation than basic shared hosting. Customers still manage their services through cPanel, while the underlying platform includes SSD storage, LiteSpeed, LSCache, OPcache, CloudLinux, Imunify360, automatic backups, free SSL, SSH access and application installers.

The V1 plan provides 25 GB SSD storage, 1 GB RAM and 1 vCPU, while larger configurations scale through plans such as V4 with 80 GB SSD, 4 GB RAM and 3 vCPU and V7 with 320 GB SSD, 16 GB RAM and 6 vCPU. Storage-heavy packages can reach 1 TB SSD and beyond.

WordPress Hosting uses the same elastic infrastructure with an environment adapted for WordPress. The Cloud Server/VPS platform is one of the most flexible parts of the portfolio. Virtual servers include Colombian IPv4 addresses, Linux or Windows operating systems, full SSH or RDP access, enterprise SSD SAN storage, snapshots, backups, firewall protection, DDoS mitigation and high-availability infrastructure. Standard configurations begin around 2 vCPU, 3 GB RAM and 60 GB SSD and extend to servers with 16 vCPU, 48 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. Additional CPU-oriented configurations are available for processing-intensive workloads.

Network speeds vary according to the cloud package, beginning around 10 Mbps and rising through larger allocations, with CPU-oriented configurations reaching as much as 200 Mbps. Packages include a defined amount of high-speed traffic. Once that allowance is exhausted, connectivity continues at a reduced rate rather than being disconnected entirely.

Cloud resources can also be customized beyond the standard packages. CPU, RAM and storage can be increased, and customers can restart, reinstall or clone systems through the management interface. cPanel and Plesk licenses are available separately for customers who prefer a traditional hosting panel on top of their VPS.

A particularly useful extension of the cloud service is the Application Server catalog. Conexcol can provision servers with applications such as n8n, OpenClaw, PostgreSQL, Redis, Supabase, Baserow, NocoDB, Metabase, Odoo, Nextcloud, Easypanel, Coolify, Docker with Portainer CE, WordPress and Minecraft already installed. The initial application installation is included, while configuration, software updates, licensing and application-specific administration remain under the customer's control.

Business Email is included with normal hosting accounts. Customers can create multiple mailboxes, mailing lists and domains through cPanel and access email using Roundcube, IMAP and standard mail clients. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are supported. The number of mailboxes can be unlimited, but their data shares the disk allocation of the hosting account and outbound-message limits depend on the package.

Domain registration is another important part of Conexcol's operation. The company is an accredited .CO registrar, with registrar identifier 88689, rather than simply acting as an indirect reseller for the Colombian extension. Registration, transfer and renewal services are available for .CO together with a large catalog of generic and international extensions.
