Comnet is an established telecommunications and hosting provider in Uzbekistan, operating through LLC IPLUS since 2003. The company is headquartered in Tashkent and combines Internet access, web hosting, colocation, private networking and telecommunications services within a single local infrastructure portfolio.

Comnet is considerably broader than a conventional shared-hosting company. Its services include residential and business Internet, shared hosting, colocation, IP transport, optical-fiber rental, private network connections, static IPv4 addresses, interactive television and SMS services. Its FTTB and GPON network serves Tashkent as well as cities such as Almalyk, Akhangaran, Angren, Fergana, Margilan, Kokand, Asaka and Nurafshan.

The shared-hosting portfolio consists of Light, Medium, Hard, Ultra, Mega, Premium and Luxe plans. Disk space ranges from 200 MB to 15 GB, while monthly traffic is unlimited. Depending on the selected package, customers receive between 2 and 40 FTP accounts, 3 to 60 email accounts, 10 to 140 subdomains, 2 to 25 MySQL or PostgreSQL databases and support for as many as 12 additional or parked domains.

The hosting environment supports Apache, PHP, CGI, Perl, Python, FTP, SSL, FastCGI and Ruby on Rails. However, the technical specification still refers to PHP 5, which makes the service appear better suited to modest websites and older applications than to demanding modern development projects. Current PHP 8 versions, SSD or NVMe storage, automated backup frequency, malware protection and included SSL-certificate terms are not clearly defined.

Comnet also provides colocation inside its Mini Data Center in Tashkent. Available configurations include individual 1U servers, tower servers, quarter-rack allocations and complete 48U cabinets. Customers can combine equipment placement with international Internet access, TAS-IX and Uz-IX connectivity, additional IPv4 addresses, internal cross-connects and L2VPN services.

The colocation platform is suitable for local businesses, financial institutions, SaaS providers, telecommunications equipment, CDN nodes and other projects that require low-latency connectivity inside Uzbekistan. Customers can also rent IP transport, optical-fiber capacity and private network connections between offices, branches and technical facilities.

Comnet operates its own metropolitan optical backbone across Tashkent, connecting major telephone exchanges and local network locations. Business connections can reach speeds of up to 10 Gbps, depending on technical availability and the customer’s location.

The business Internet portfolio includes Lite packages with different international speeds according to the time of day, conventional unlimited packages and local-network plans focused on traffic inside Uzbekistan. Corporate customers can also request individually designed connections, dedicated bandwidth, static IPv4 addresses and private data links.

Comnet’s cloud-services section directs customers to ServerPlus (serverplus.uz). These cloud products are supplied by LLC SERVER PLUS, which is legally separate from LLC IPLUS and operates under its own customer agreement, billing platform and service guarantees.

The ServerPlus portfolio includes configurable VPS and VDS instances with root or administrator access, hourly charging, replicated storage, snapshots, custom ISO images, a 100 Mbps network port and basic DDoS protection. Available operating systems include Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS and FreeBSD. Windows Server can also be installed when the customer provides a valid license.

Dedicated servers include IPMI or iDRAC remote management, one IPv4 address, unlimited traffic through a 100 Mbps port and L3/L4 DDoS protection. More advanced infrastructure products include Managed Kubernetes with automated deployment, scaling, monitoring, updates, load balancing, Terraform integration, snapshots and backup options.

ServerPlus also provides S3-compatible object storage for backups, media, application files, archives and logs. Free migration assistance and baseline DDoS filtering are available for eligible cloud customers.

The older Comnet dedicated-server section is currently marked as undergoing modernization, while the former SIP-telephony service is no longer available through its previous product page. Customers ordering cloud or server infrastructure should therefore confirm whether the agreement will be concluded with LLC IPLUS or LLC SERVER PLUS.

The Comnet website has a modern and responsive layout and is available in Russian and Uzbek. An English-language version does not exist. Product prices are displayed in Uzbekistani som, reinforcing the company’s focus on customers located in Uzbekistan.
