CommuniLink, legally CommuniLink Internet Limited, is a Hong Kong Internet service provider and hosting company established in 1999. It operates under Hong Kong SBO license 1218 and has developed from a traditional web-hosting business into a much broader provider of network connectivity, data-center services, enterprise email, servers, managed infrastructure and business IT solutions. The company has more than 27 years of operating experience and serves more than 9,000 corporate customers.

CommuniLink operates its own autonomous network under AS38277, manages its own IP address space, runs BGP routing and connects directly by fiber to HKIX. Its service portfolio is correspondingly broad, covering Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Email Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Server Colocation, Mac Colocation, Managed Services, server backup, domain registration and DNS, SSL certificates, SSL VPN, cloud backup, cloud storage, online shops, Fax-to-Email, website development and AI-oriented VPS services.

SSD Hosting is the main conventional shared-hosting range. Packages use SSD storage for websites and MySQL databases while combining web space with substantial shared email allocations. The entry configuration provides 2 GB of SSD web storage, 20 GB of email storage and two email accounts, while larger packages scale to 150 GB of SSD web space, 1 TB of email storage and 100 mailboxes. CMS applications such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal can be installed, and the traditional hosting environment is administered through CommuniLink's own WCP control panel.

For customers specifically using WordPress, SSD WordPress cPanel Hosting is a considerably more modern option. It combines SSD storage with cPanel, Softaculous, WordPress Manager and free SSL certificates. A 99.9% uptime guarantee, 24-hour technical hotline and daily internal backup are included with the hosting environment. Eligible hosting and email services are also covered by a 30-day money-back policy, while selected hosting packages include a 14-day free period.

Email is an important part of CommuniLink's portfolio. Cloud Email provides an inexpensive entry point, while SSD Email targets businesses requiring larger mailboxes and faster storage. SSD Email packages range from 200 GB for 20 accounts to multi-terabyte configurations for larger organizations, with individual mailboxes supporting up to 50 GB and messages with attachments up to 200 MB. TLS encryption, real-time virus scanning, multi-layer spam filtering, Smart Email System and Global SMTP are integrated into these plans.

Premium Email bundles additional mail-routing and security services into higher-end corporate packages. CommuniLink also maintains an unusually extensive collection of email-specific add-ons, including Spam Controller, Global SMTP, Smart Email System, Catch SMTP, Offline Email Backup and Secondary MX Record. Smart Email is particularly relevant to companies communicating between Hong Kong, mainland China and international destinations, where routing and delivery quality can be more complicated than with purely domestic email traffic.

The server range covers VPS, physical dedicated servers, server colocation, Mac colocation, managed services, dedicated email servers and hardware backup. MyVPS configurations extend from 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 50 GB storage to 16 vCPUs, 16 GB RAM and as much as 800 GB of conventional storage or 300 GB SSD. Each configuration includes a dedicated IP address, a VPS console with reboot control, self-installation of legal operating systems, 24-hour support, daily internal backup, redundant power and a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

Dedicated Server Rental uses Intel and Dell hardware and includes 24/7 technical support. Lower configurations use Core i3, i5 and i7 processors, while Dell systems use Xeon E5 hardware. The hardware catalog often identifies processors by family rather than by exact CPU generation or SKU, and the Xeon E5 configurations represent an older server platform. Customers purchasing dedicated hardware for CPU-intensive databases, virtualization or application workloads should therefore confirm the exact processor, storage devices and replacement-hardware options before ordering.

Customers can choose an initial installation of Hermes Agent, OpenClaw or Agent Zero. The customer supplies the API credentials for whichever cloud or local LLM is used, so external model and token charges are separate. CommuniLink covers the VPS hardware, network and initial AI Agent installation, while ongoing application configuration and agent-level troubleshooting remain separate from the underlying infrastructure service.

Security services include SSL certificates, SSL VPN, Acronis-based backup, grMail and grIsolation email-security services. Domain services include registration and parking, redirects and DNS hosting. The broader business portfolio adds cDrive cloud storage, Fax-to-Email, an integrated online-shop platform, web design, programming, photography, graphic design and online marketing. The result is a service mix aimed primarily at Hong Kong SMEs that prefer to obtain several IT functions from a single local company rather than coordinate separate hosting, email, networking and IT-support vendors.
