Clouvider is a British cloud, network and server infrastructure provider operating through Clouvider Limited. The company was incorporated on October 28, 2013 and remains an active private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08750969. Its registered office is now in Basingstoke, Hampshire, replacing the former Moorgate, London address. Dominik Jan Nowacki has been a director since incorporation and controls more than 50% but less than 75% of the shares and voting rights, while Marcin Andrzej Osinski holds more than 25% but not more than 50%.

The company is considerably more infrastructure-oriented than a conventional shared web host. Its current portfolio centers on Dedicated Servers, VPS, Unmetered Servers, 10 Gbps Servers, High-Bandwidth Servers, Storage Servers, Private Cloud, Colocation, Managed Hosting, Connectivity, CDN, Acronis Cyber Cloud Backup and software licensing. The legal terms also retain provisions for domains and SSL certificates, although these are no longer prominent parts of the main commercial navigation.

The dedicated-server range is particularly broad. Current configurations combine older, cost-efficient Intel Xeon E3 systems with newer Xeon E-series processors, AMD Ryzen 9 hardware and AMD EPYC platforms. Recent options include AMD EPYC 4344P, 4564P and 4565P systems alongside EPYC 7002/7003-series machines and dual-processor configurations. Enterprise Supermicro hardware is used throughout much of the range. Depending on chassis and processor, customers can configure substantial amounts of RAM and storage, including systems supporting up to 12 NVMe drives or combinations of NVMe and large-capacity HDD storage.

Network allocation is one of the strongest parts of the dedicated portfolio. Regular servers commonly include 50 TB of monthly traffic on a 10 Gbps-capable interface, while higher-bandwidth configurations can be increased through 100 TB and larger allowances or moved to dedicated unmetered service. The high-bandwidth portfolio extends from 1 Gbps to 25 Gbps unmetered. This makes Clouvider considerably better suited to media distribution, large downloads, software repositories, data processing, game infrastructure and other traffic-intensive applications than providers built mainly around ordinary shared hosting.

Dedicated servers include one IPv4 address and IPv6, with larger routed IP allocations and BGP available when justified. A /64 IPv6 allocation is standard on dedicated systems with the ability to obtain allocations as large as /48. Hardware and software RAID options vary by configuration. Linux operating systems are generally available without an additional OS fee, while Windows licensing costs extra. Best-effort DDoS filtering is included, although the contractual SLA specifically excludes customer downtime resulting from a DDoS attack unless a stronger protection commitment has been separately agreed.

The VPS service is available in 11 cities: London, Manchester, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, New York City, Ashburn, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix and Los Angeles. Current instances use Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC processors, enterprise NVMe storage and virtual-machine uplinks of up to 10 Gbps. One IPv4 address and a routed /48 IPv6 allocation are included. The familiar VPS.2, VPS.4, VPS.8, VPS.12 and VPS.16 structure remains in use, ranging from 1 vCPU/2 GB RAM/50 GB NVMe to 8 vCPU/16 GB RAM/350 GB NVMe. Traffic allocations range from 5 TB to 10 TB on these standard packages.

The Private Cloud product is a dedicated high-availability environment rather than a generic public-cloud VM service. Customers receive dedicated physical resources, redundant infrastructure, distributed storage, daily backups, firewall functionality and an administration interface for creating, deleting and managing virtual dedicated servers. Cross-continent MPLS connectivity can be incorporated into larger private deployments. It is particularly relevant to businesses that want virtualization and failover but do not want their core resources mixed with a conventional mass-market public cloud.

Managed Hosting adds operating-system and infrastructure administration to the underlying cloud or server service. Clouvider provides 24/7 monitoring, technical management, optimization and on-demand engineer assistance. This distinction is important because ordinary dedicated servers are fundamentally self-managed products with root access; customers wanting application-level or system-administration assistance should budget for management rather than assuming it is included with bare metal.

The Connectivity portfolio extends beyond hosting and includes IP Transit, Partial IP Transit, Point-to-Point MPLS and Point-to-Multipoint VPLS. Physical and remote DDoS-protected connectivity can also be arranged. Customers colocating equipment can use cross-connects from their racks, while larger deployments can combine private transport and Clouvider's international backbone.

Clouvider also maintains a CDN service covering more than 170 locations in 113 cities across 43 countries. It supports normal web-content acceleration together with video-on-demand and live-streaming workloads. The portfolio is rounded out by Acronis Cyber Cloud Backup, which supports image-based backup, bare-metal recovery, individual-file recovery, compression, deduplication and recovery to dissimilar hardware. Many dedicated systems include 50 GB of Acronis off-site backup capacity without a separate charge.

Software licensing is available for infrastructure hosted on Clouvider's network. cPanel/WHM can be added to compatible VPS and dedicated servers, while CloudLinux provides account isolation and server-resource controls and KernelCare provides rebootless Linux kernel security patching.

The website is available in English, with no separate multilingual/localized version. Pricing is not tied to one currency across every sales path: GBP, EUR and USD are all used in current product or ordering interfaces, and the final amount is established at checkout.

One weak area is the public editorial content. The most recent visible Clouvider blog article dates from May 24, 2022, leaving the blog inactive for more than four years. Operational documentation has received much more recent attention, including Knowledge Base updates during 2024 and 2025, so the old blog should not be confused with an abandoned technical support platform.
