CloudVPS.by is a Belarusian hosting and cloud infrastructure provider based in Minsk and operated by ООО «Единые Решения» (Yedinyye Resheniya LLC). The legal company was registered on September 28, 2017, under UNP 192975917. Its infrastructure and service range are particularly suitable for customers in Belarus, nearby CIS markets and Europe.

Despite the CloudVPS name, the company offers considerably more than virtual private servers. Its portfolio covers Domains, Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, CMS Hosting, 1C-Bitrix Hosting, VPS/VDS, GPU VPS, Cloud VPS, Cloud Hosting, Cloud 1C-Bitrix, Nextcloud storage, high-frequency cloud servers, Cloud GPU, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, SSL certificates, backup storage, monitoring, server administration and software licenses. Domain services include registration, transfer, DNS management, WHOIS-related functions and automatic renewal.

Shared hosting runs on Linux with ispmanager, MariaDB, CloudLinux, Apache/Nginx, multiple PHP versions, FTP and optional shell access. NVMe storage is used throughout the hosting range, while email accounts, databases, DNS management, free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates and unlimited traffic are included. The GPU portfolio is unusually extensive for a regional hosting provider. GPU VPS and Cloud GPU configurations include hardware such as NVIDIA RTX A4000, A5000, A6000, A100, H100, RTX 3080, RTX 3090 and RTX 4090, depending on availability and location. These systems are suitable for AI, machine learning, model training, rendering, scientific computation, CUDA processing and other GPU-intensive workloads. Environments such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JupyterLab and Anaconda are also available. GPU servers use connectivity up to 1 Gbps and include DDoS protection.

Dedicated servers provide exclusive hardware resources, root access, IPv4 connectivity, KVM console access and configurable server specifications. CloudVPS supplements its infrastructure services with SSL certificates, backup storage, website and server monitoring, system administration, BitNinja security, ispmanager licenses and assistance with Belarusian BelGIE website registration. Monitoring can automatically create a technical-support request when an outage occurs, while administration can be purchased either for individual tasks or as a recurring managed-service package.
