📜 Plan description

Cloud Acropolis provides managed services to ensure our customers are safe and sound in their Hosted IT environment. Our expertise is IT and we offer it as a service to all our customers. The way we see it, our customers are outsourcing their ICT to us, either they manage themselves or we manage them for our clients. From Operating systems to network, from backup to recovery, from monitoring to security, Cloud Acropolis has the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide the right service at the right price and the right time to our customers. We have been experiencing the value of resource sharing in our cloud environment. We are deploying the same thought to the human resources we have in our company. An admin can handle sometime more than 1000 services. So the cost can be divided in-between those 1000 services for the same resource. And therefore the cost of Managed Service per service decreases for our customers. Yet the reliability and availability of the services increase

📄 Editorial Review

Cloud Acropolis is an international cloud, hosting, and data-center services provider founded in 2016. The company first developed its infrastructure and customer base in Oman before expanding into Europe, where its main EU operation is now based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Cloud Acropolis UAB was incorporated in Lithuania on May 17, 2024, while the hosting brand and its technical operation date back several years earlier.

The management team has experience in telecommunications, infrastructure engineering, and data-center development. Sheikh Abdulla Al Rawahy is a founding board member and Chief Strategy Officer, while Kiarash Kiazand, Ph.D., serves as Chief Executive Officer and board member. Kiazand has more than two decades of IT experience and has participated in the construction of 19 data centers and the direct operation of four facilities.

Cloud Acropolis offers much more than conventional website hosting. Its portfolio includes Linux and Windows shared hosting, cloud servers, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, Kubernetes, managed databases, virtual desktops, enterprise email, backup, disaster recovery, managed security, VPN services, GPU infrastructure, private LLM hosting, workflow automation, and hosted business applications. This broad catalog allows a small website or business application to grow into a managed private-cloud environment without changing providers.

Linux shared hosting runs on cPanel and CloudLinux with SSD storage, isolated hosting accounts, antivirus protection, redundant DNS, and remote daily backups. The platform supports PHP versions from PHP 4 through PHP 8, along with Python and Node.js applications.

The Personal package supports one website and includes 500 MB of storage, 2 GB of monthly traffic, one MySQL database, and one email account. The SME plan increases the allowance to three websites, 10 GB of storage, and 30 GB of traffic. The Corporate package supports seven websites, 40 GB of storage, 80 GB of monthly traffic, ten databases, and 25 email accounts.

These shared hosting plans have more conservative storage and bandwidth limits than many mass-market providers, but the environment includes proactive infrastructure monitoring and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. It is a practical service for small business websites, regional projects, and customers that value managed infrastructure more than very large resource allocations.

Windows shared hosting is available for ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server applications. The environment uses Windows Server 2016, IIS 10, SQL Server 2017, and ASP.NET versions 2 through 4.x. Packages range from a small 500 MB account to a Corporate configuration with 40 GB of storage.

Windows hosting includes SSD storage, daily backups, redundant DNS, and continuous technical support. The platform remains useful for legacy .NET Framework websites and business applications. Developers working with recent .NET releases should confirm application compatibility and supported runtime versions before ordering.

Cloud Servers operate as elastic VPS instances with full root or administrator access through SSH or RDP. Configurations can range from one to 128 CPU cores, 1 GB to 256 GB of RAM, and storage starting from 10 GB. Traffic allocations range from 50 GB to unlimited bandwidth, depending on the selected configuration.

Each cloud server includes at least one dedicated IPv4 address, with as many as five IPv4 addresses available per server. KVM virtualization provides strong isolation between customers, while storage data is replicated three times across separate nodes and racks.

The cloud environment includes automated failover and self-healing capabilities designed to reduce the effect of individual hardware failures. CPU, memory, and storage resources can normally be upgraded through the customer portal, and server provisioning generally takes less than one hour.

Cloud servers are self-managed by default. Customers remain responsible for their operating systems, software, applications, security configuration, and stored data unless they purchase a managed administration service. Managed support can cover patching, system hardening, antivirus scanning, monitoring, troubleshooting, filesystem maintenance, and log management.

Dedicated Servers use HP ProLiant hardware, redundant power supplies, hardware RAID, and Intel Xeon processors. Standard configurations include dual-processor and four-processor systems with ECC memory, SAS storage, redundant Gigabit network interfaces, a static IPv4 address, and optional SAN or iSCSI storage.

Supported operating systems include Linux distributions, Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware ESXi, and customized ISO installations. Customers can receive up to three free operating-system reinstallations per year.

Some dedicated configurations use older-style 300 GB SAS storage and identify processors only as Intel Xeon models running at approximately 2 GHz. Several configurations also include relatively small traffic allowances, sometimes beginning at 50 GB per month. A detailed quotation should therefore confirm the exact processor generation, storage model, RAID configuration, network port speed, bandwidth allowance, hardware replacement terms, and management level.

Colocation Hosting is available for individual servers, customized equipment requirements, partial racks, and multiple full racks. Packages can be adapted according to power consumption, network capacity, physical space, and projected expansion.

The colocation environment includes redundant power feeds, UPS systems, N+1 cooling, redundant routers, switches, and firewalls. Customers receive secure 24-hour access, while the infrastructure remains under continuous monitoring. Colocation services include a 99.97% uptime SLA and operate within an environment aligned with TIA-942 requirements.

Database as a Service supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Web, and Microsoft SQL Standard. The service includes daily backups, three-way data replication, dedicated network segmentation, continuous monitoring, and a 99.9% database uptime SLA.

This service is well suited to developers and businesses that require a managed database without maintaining a complete virtual server. It also separates database administration from application hosting, which can simplify scaling and improve operational security.

Kubernetes as a Service provides a managed container environment with automatic scaling, self-healing, service discovery, load balancing, role-based access control, and Ceph-backed persistent storage. Multi-zone deployments are available, while private container registries and Helm charts can be integrated into the platform.

The Kubernetes infrastructure carries a 99.99% availability target. It is suitable for development teams that want a production-ready Kubernetes platform without building and maintaining the entire control plane, storage system, and high-availability architecture internally.

The artificial-intelligence infrastructure is unusually comprehensive for a regional cloud provider. GPU as a Service can be deployed through dedicated physical servers or attached to virtual machines.

Available accelerator options include NVIDIA A100, A40, and V100 GPUs. Systems can be configured with up to four GPUs and 512 GB of RAM, while network connectivity can reach 10 Gbps or 100 Gbps. Storage options include NVMe, S3-compatible object storage, SAN, and NAS systems.

LLM as a Service provides private hosting for open models such as Llama, Mistral, Mixtral, Falcon, and Qwen. Customers receive dedicated GPU resources, an OpenAI-compatible API, system monitoring, model fine-tuning assistance, and EU data residency without usage-based per-token billing.

Machine-learning environments also support TensorFlow and PyTorch for model training, inference, and large-scale data processing. These services are particularly relevant for businesses that require private AI infrastructure, predictable monthly costs, or stronger control over proprietary data.

Cloud Acropolis has also developed a range of managed business applications. Each platform runs in a dedicated EU-hosted environment rather than sharing a common software instance with unrelated customers.

OpenClaw for Business provides private AI agents that can connect with email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, web chat, social networks, and internal business systems. Managed packages support between four and 20 AI agents.

n8n for Business provides dedicated workflow automation with unlimited monthly executions. Package differences are mainly based on available system resources and workflow concurrency.

Odoo for Business combines accounting, invoicing, customer relationship management, payroll, purchasing, inventory, project management, manufacturing, and e-commerce. The Community edition runs on dedicated infrastructure and can include EU and GCC tax configurations.

Nextcloud for Business provides private file storage, synchronization, sharing, collaborative document editing, email, calendars, and task management. The dedicated architecture offers greater privacy and control than a conventional public file-sharing service.

Postiz for Business manages content planning and publication across more than 30 social networks through a unified calendar and management interface.

OpenProject for Business provides task, portfolio, and project management suitable for methodologies such as PRINCE2, PM², SAFe, and OKRs.

The company also creates custom AI agents, accounting workflows, marketing automation systems, and business integrations for organizations that cannot operate through a standard preconfigured package.

Enterprise Email provides professional email hosting using a customer-owned domain. Each mailbox includes 10 GB of storage, web access, IMAP, SMTP, POP3, Outlook compatibility, daily encrypted backups, and redundant European infrastructure.

Standard packages support groups of up to 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 mailboxes. Customized configurations are available for organizations requiring more accounts or additional storage.

Additional communication products include Acropolis VC, which supports online meetings, classrooms, session recording, screen sharing, and interactive whiteboards. AcropolisBox combines file synchronization, document collaboration, version control, task management, and encrypted voice or video communication.

Some AcropolisBox and communication packages remain part of the company’s original Oman-oriented catalog and use Omani rial rather than euros. Customers should confirm the service location, billing entity, currency, and tax treatment when purchasing products available through different regional catalogs.

The security portfolio includes managed firewalls, IDS and IPS protection, SIEM monitoring, server security, DDoS mitigation, content delivery, web application firewall protection, VPN tunnels, SSL certificates, and geographical access restrictions.

The pfSense-based firewall can be self-managed through a graphical interface or administered by the Cloud Acropolis technical team. Server Protection adds anti-ransomware controls, exploit prevention, malware detection, and endpoint security for both Windows and Linux servers.

Web application firewall and CDN protection can be integrated through Cloudflare. Managed security services also cover traffic analysis, vulnerability monitoring, file-integrity checks, event correlation, threat detection, log analysis, and compliance reporting.

Backup as a Service supports Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS, VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix XenServer. The platform includes AES-256 encryption, incremental backup technology, ransomware protection, and automated email notifications. Backup infrastructure carries a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Disaster Recovery as a Service can replicate virtual machines to a secondary location at intervals as short as 10 to 20 minutes. During an incident, recovery begins through a support request, after which the replicated virtual machine is started at the disaster-recovery location and assigned a reachable network address.

Offline, nearline, and high-availability recovery models are available. These options allow customers to balance monthly cost against recovery time objectives and acceptable data-loss intervals.

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure provides centrally managed desktops that can be accessed through a web browser and can operate over connections of approximately 1 to 2 Mbps. Each user receives 10 GB of NVMe storage, daily backups, optional LDAP integration, and three-way data replication.

The VDI platform is useful for remote teams, branch offices, contractors, and companies that want to extend the usable life of older computers while keeping applications and company data inside the data center.

Domain registration is available as an account service, although the European catalog does not include a complete public table covering all extensions and renewal fees. SSL certificates are offered in domain-validation, organization-validation, and extended-validation categories.

The website has a modern responsive design and works well on mobile devices. English and Lithuanian versions are available. European services primarily use euros, while several Oman-oriented packages continue to use Omani rial.
