Cloud4box is a Russian hosting provider with a broad portfolio covering entry-level website hosting, virtual servers, dedicated infrastructure, GPU computing, remote desktops and managed administration. The service has operated since 2016, while ООО «Клауд Фо Бокс», the current Russian legal entity, was registered on January 11, 2018. Oleg Vasilyevich Ruban is the company’s general director and sole registered owner. Cloud4box entered Russia’s official register of hosting providers in early 2024.

The company has served more than 23,000 customers, provisioned approximately 650,000 VPS instances and assembled around 3,000 dedicated servers. About 67% of its customers have remained with the service for more than four years. Its business is therefore centered primarily on recurring virtual and physical server rental rather than conventional shared hosting alone.

Shared Hosting is suitable for websites, blogs, company pages and smaller online projects. Specialized packages are available for CMS websites, online stores and landing pages. Hosting accounts include ispmanager, domain-based email, FTP access, DNS management, databases, automatic CMS installation, free Let’s Encrypt certificates and backup controls. Migration assistance is available for up to ten websites or approximately 100 GB of data.

The VPS/VDS platform uses KVM virtualization with isolated resources and no overselling. Virtual servers can normally be deployed within approximately five minutes and can run Linux or Windows. Customers receive root or administrator access and can configure processor resources, memory, storage and operating-system templates. Both SSD and NVMe plans are available, including high-frequency Intel and AMD configurations for databases, development environments, application servers and gaming workloads.

The Dedicated Server range is intended for high-traffic websites, application platforms, hosting businesses and infrastructure projects that require predictable physical resources. Available configurations use Intel and AMD processors with SSD or NVMe storage, dedicated IPv4 addresses and remote hardware-management access. Customers with their own address space can also request BGP announcement. Standard configurations may be installed within several hours, while customized hardware can require additional preparation.

GPU Servers are available with NVIDIA RTX 4000, RTX A4000, RTX A5000 and RTX A6000 accelerators. CUDA, drivers and other required components can be prepared before delivery. These systems are suitable for machine learning, artificial intelligence, rendering, video processing and other GPU-intensive tasks. Configurations include a dedicated IPv4 address, server monitoring, remote management and a guaranteed network connection.

The Remote Desktop service provides continuously available Windows environments in Russian and European locations. These systems can be used for Microsoft Office, accounting software, trading terminals, remote business applications and other tasks requiring an online Windows desktop that remains active independently of the customer’s local computer.

The wider portfolio includes domain registration, a website builder, FTP storage, Microsoft licenses, ispmanager licenses, commercial SSL certificates, server administration, advanced DDoS protection and dedicated network channels. The website builder includes more than 200 responsive templates, over 30 functional modules, online-store capabilities and support for customer websites in approximately 50 languages.

Affiliate and reseller arrangements are also available. The affiliate program provides percentage-based commissions, while the reseller service is intended for agencies, developers and smaller hosting businesses that want to offer infrastructure services to their own customers.

Cloud4box operates mainly in Russian, including its ordering, account-management and support environments. Products are priced in Russian rubles (RUB).

The acceptable-use rules prohibit spam, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized proxy services, misuse of network addresses and cryptocurrency mining. Customers planning unusual automation, network-security or high-risk workloads should examine the service rules carefully before deployment.
