Over the years, it has expanded from conventional shared hosting into a broad platform covering domains, managed hosting, cloud servers, dedicated infrastructure, professional email, security, backups, and web development.

The company has approximately 18–20 employees, while its broader corporate profile falls within the 11–50 employee range. Turnover for 2024 was approximately €2.1 million. ClausWeb is an accredited ROTLD partner for .RO domains, an accredited EURid partner for .EU domains, and operates under an ISO/IEC 27001 information-security management framework.

Its domain services include registration, renewal, transfer, ownership transfer, privacy protection, and reseller access. This platform can handle conventional virtual machines, application servers, SaaS and PaaS workloads, disaster-recovery systems, databases, and high-traffic e-commerce projects.

Application-oriented cloud ranges simplify server selection for customers running WordPress, Magento, PrestaShop, Windows, file-storage, and mail-server workloads. Promotional cloud configurations are also available. Software installation, server administration, backup storage, and commercial licenses may need to be added separately, so the final configuration cost can be higher than the basic server price.

WordPress customers can order one-time security, optimization, and malware-removal services. These packages include a 90-day warranty when the required plugins, updates, passwords, themes, and operating conditions remain unchanged.
