SSD Object Storage is the faster S3-compatible CDN77 storage tier for workloads that benefit from lower latency, higher bandwidth, and faster read and write performance than HDD storage. The first 1 TB costs 40 USD per month and additional stored data is billed at 0.04 USD per GB. API requests include the first 1 million requests free, then 0.03 USD per 10000 requests when requests are outside CDN77 CDN. Egress traffic outside CDN77 CDN includes the first 50 GB free and then costs 0.09 USD per GB. Storage-to-CDN traffic and requests inside the CDN77 platform are free.
SSD storage keeps the same S3-compatible model as the HDD clusters, so it can be used with S3 API operations, AWS SDK integrations, CLI tools, and GUI clients. The SSD storage cluster is EU-3 and is available in Prague, Czech Republic. It is appropriate for media libraries, high-volume file sets, backup targets, static assets, and storage-backed CDN origins where faster storage response is valuable.
It is a strong fit for serving large libraries of small or frequently accessed files, storage-backed media origins, and workflows where faster storage response can improve downstream CDN delivery behavior.

The company is founder-led by Zdenek Cendra and has operated since 2011, building a technical profile around high-volume content delivery, VOD, live streaming, software distribution, gaming traffic, edge logic and private CDN infrastructure.CDN77 is not a classic low-cost web hosting provider. It does not target the shared hosting, domain registration, cPanel hosting, website builder or cheap VPS market.
