CCI Hosting, operated by Cyber Cast International, S.A., is a Panama-based hosting and infrastructure company founded in 2002 by Jorge Moreno. More than two decades of activity have given the company a particularly strong position for customers interested in hosting under Panamanian jurisdiction, infrastructure in Central America, private domain registration, offshore-oriented services and direct access to colocation and dedicated hardware.

The service portfolio covers Shared Hosting, Linux VPS, Windows Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Private Domains, SSL Certificates, VPN, email-related services, load balancing and Proxmox-based infrastructure. This makes CCI Hosting suitable for anything from a small website to virtualized business environments and full physical server deployments.

Shared Hosting uses cPanel and includes SSD storage, SSL certificates, Softaculous, email, MySQL databases, multiple PHP versions, WAF protection, DDoS filtering and daily backups. Higher plans add features such as a dedicated IPv4 address and an AI website builder, while the Business package supports unlimited websites.

The current Linux VPS and Cloud Server platform uses KVM virtualization, AMD EPYC processors and local NVMe storage. Standard configurations range from smaller 1 vCPU and 2 GB RAM instances to larger virtual machines, while custom servers can reach 16 vCPU cores, 64 GB RAM, several terabytes of NVMe storage and additional IPv4 addresses. AlmaLinux, Ubuntu and Debian are available, full root access is included, and cPanel can be added when required.

Windows Cloud Servers use the same KVM-based infrastructure and provide full Administrator access through Remote Desktop. Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10 are available, making these systems appropriate for remote desktops, Windows applications and other workloads that depend on Microsoft's operating system.

Dedicated Servers provide physical hardware in Panama with full root or Administrator control. Linux and Windows are supported, together with optional cPanel or Plesk licenses. The current standard configuration combines dual Intel Xeon processors, 12 cores / 24 threads, 32 GB ECC RAM, SSD or HDD storage, a 100 Mbps connection and 10 TB fair-use transfer, with a 1 Gbps port upgrade available.

Server Colocation is an important part of CCI Hosting's infrastructure business. Customers can colocate individual 1U or 2U servers or arrange half-rack, full-rack and customized deployments. Available options include public IP space, remote hands, private fiber, structured cabling, customizable bandwidth and power, locked cabinets and redundant A/B electrical feeds.

Managed Load Balancing is available for larger applications and combines traffic distribution with WAF filtering, DDoS mitigation, geographic blocking and static-content caching. It is particularly useful for applications distributed over multiple servers where traffic needs to remain available if individual nodes become unavailable.

CCI Hosting also provides private domain registration for extensions including .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info and .com.pa. Proxy registrant details can be used for improved privacy while customers retain management rights over their domains. Managed DNS is included, and new registrations are manually processed.

Other services include SSL certificates, private or anonymous email options, SMTP-related solutions, VPN services, Docker VPS configurations and Proxmox-ready dedicated servers. Proxmox deployments support both KVM virtual machines and LXC containers and can be expanded into clustered environments.

Backups are included with shared hosting and KVM VPS services, with daily backups and retention of the most recent three days. Dedicated servers do not include provider-managed backups by default, so customers running important production systems should maintain an independent backup strategy.

The main international service operates in English, while CCI's Panama presence also supports Spanish. Commercial services are primarily priced in US dollars (USD).
