CBA.pl is one of the longest-established Polish hosting brands associated with free web hosting, operating since 2005. The service is operated by ABC Hosting Ltd., a company registered in Belize under registration number 148 538 and DUNS 81-542-7447, with correspondence operations in Warsaw, Poland. Artur Makowka is the founder and manager associated with ABC Hosting Ltd.

Free hosting was the foundation of the business. ABC Hosting exceeded 100,000 users in 2010, introduced Premium services and VPS hosting in 2013, and had passed 600,000 users by 2016. Over time, the company expanded beyond basic free hosting into paid shared hosting, domains, VPS servers, SSL certificates and other web services.

The present portfolio includes Shared Hosting, Domain Registration, VPS, Managed VPS, SSL Certificates, Dedicated Servers and Web Design / Website Development. Website development is handled individually, with pricing based on the requirements and complexity of each project.

Shared hosting is divided into FREE, PRO and VIP. FREE includes 5 GB of hosting space, one mailbox, MySQL, FTP, DNS management, PHP support and a free cba.pl subdomain. PRO increases available resources and storage to 10 GB, while VIP is intended for larger websites and customers managing multiple domains.

The FREE service changed significantly in September 2026. It can be activated only once per account and remains active for 7 days. After that period, the hosting account is suspended unless it is upgraded to PRO or VIP. The present FREE package therefore works primarily as a short introduction to the hosting environment rather than the permanent free-hosting account traditionally associated with CBA.pl.

Transfer on FREE, PRO and VIP is unlimited under the applicable fair-use conditions of the shared infrastructure. The hosting environment supports modern PHP 8.x releases together with MySQL/MariaDB databases on NVMe storage, Apache, Perl, Python, .htaccess, FTP/FTPS, WebFTP, webmail and DNS management.

VIP uses unlimited terminology in parts of the hosting offer, while its contractual standard allocation is 200 GB for website data and 100 GB for email. Additional capacity can be purchased when required.

PRO and VIP add more advanced functionality, including PHP mail(), external MySQL access, DDoS protection, stored MySQL procedures, additional domains, larger email limits and scheduled CRON tasks. Daily backups are included with the paid hosting packages, although maintaining an independent backup remains advisable for important websites and databases.

A substantial one-click software library is available, including WordPress, Joomla and PrestaShop, alongside numerous CMS, forum, gallery, wiki and web-application packages. This makes it possible to deploy common PHP applications without carrying out a complete manual installation.

Domain registration covers Polish, European and international extensions such as .pl, .eu, .com, .net, .ai and .io, together with a large selection of newer generic TLDs. Domains can generally be registered for periods of between one and ten years, although individual registry rules vary. Externally registered domains can also be connected to CBA.pl hosting and managed through its DNS tools.

CBA.pl additionally operates its own cba.pl subdomain service and the j.pl namespace. A cba.pl subdomain is linked to the hosting platform and cannot be transferred to another registrar. j.pl names similarly remain within the CBA.pl environment rather than functioning as independently transferable domain registrations. Registration of a j.pl name costs 3.90 PLN with FREE hosting and is included with PRO and VIP, while renewal costs 19.90 PLN.

SSL certificates are available separately. FREE and PRO customers can activate SSL for approximately 19.90 PLN per year, while SSL is included with VIP. VIP also allows customers to upload and use their own certificates.

The VPS range includes root access, SSH, an integrated terminal, SSD storage, 1 Gb/s connectivity and unlimited transfer. Entry configurations start at approximately 39.90 PLN with 1 GB RAM, followed by plans around 59.90 PLN with 2 GB and 89.90 PLN with 4 GB. Larger configurations increase processor, memory and storage resources.

Managed VPS is available for customers who prefer not to administer Linux themselves. Server deployment, monitoring, operating-system maintenance and updates can be handled by the technical team for an additional monthly fee.

CBA.pl also maintains a Dedicated Server offer based on HP DL180 G6 hardware with dual Xeon E5620 processors, 16 GB to 96 GB RAM, IPMI and 1 Gb/s networking in Amsterdam. These configurations were priced from 255.75 PLN per month, but all dedicated-server configurations are currently sold out. The hardware platform is also considerably older than the infrastructure normally selected for a new dedicated-server deployment today.

The website is available in Polish, English and Ukrainian, making the service accessible beyond the domestic Polish market. Service prices are denominated in PLN. The principal hosting and company sections use a modern interface, while several VPS, support and dedicated-server areas retain an older-generation design.
