CanarCloud is a Spanish hosting and cloud-services provider based in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife. The service is operated by AGH Infogaltier Consultores S.L.N.E., with NIF B-38899894. CanarCloud dates back to 2005, while AGH Infogaltier Consultores was formally constituted in 2007 and the CanarCloud trademark was registered on November 14, 2011. The company remains a relatively small specialist operation, with LinkedIn placing its workforce in the 2–10 employee range.

CanarCloud has a long background in virtualization and business cloud services. VMware technology has been part of its infrastructure for more than a decade, Microsoft services have similarly occupied an important part of the portfolio, and the relationship with Acronis dates from 2019. The company is also a cPanel partner with certified personnel and uses Imunify360 within its managed hosting environment.

The service catalog goes substantially beyond ordinary shared hosting. Managed Web Hosting combines cPanel administration, daily cloud backups, Imunify360 security and application deployment for WordPress and many other web applications. The environment supports technologies including PHP, Tomcat, Node.js, Python and Git, while WordPress Toolkit simplifies installation, updates and day-to-day WordPress administration.

The main shared hosting packages are Web Bronze, Web Silver and Web Gold, offering 5 GB, 10 GB and 20 GB of web space respectively. Monthly data transfer, MariaDB databases, FTP accounts and hosted domains are unlimited. Each package includes an annual domain registration where the domain's registration value is below €10, adding useful value for smaller websites and business projects.

CanarCloud's private networking products add more flexibility for companies running multiple virtual machines. vNetwork creates an isolated customer network with up to five public IP addresses, Internet connectivity up to 1 Gbps, a private 256-address network, private-network capacity up to 10 Gbps, VPN access, firewall protection and DMZ functionality. Cloud Backup & Recovery is based on Acronis technology and can protect physical servers, virtual machines, Windows and Linux systems, PCs, Macs, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Backup information remains in Spain and is geographically replicated within the Madrid infrastructure. AES-256 encryption, vulnerability assessment and anti-ransomware capabilities are included.

Disaster-recovery functionality extends this platform by allowing workloads to be restored or cloned into the cloud. VMware environments can be interconnected through private VPN or VXLAN networking, making the service useful not only for file recovery but also for continuity planning when production systems become unavailable.

Domain registration is available directly through CanarCloud, including popular extensions such as .es, .com and .eu. SSL/TLS certificates cover DV, OV and EV validation classes, including Sectigo products. IT consulting and custom software development complement the hosting and cloud catalog.

The website and customer storefront operate in Spanish, with prices shown in EUR. No English-language version exists. Some parts of the technical documentation retain references to older software generations such as VMware vSphere 6.7, CentOS 7 and earlier Ubuntu releases, while several contractual documents date from 2018–2019. The active storefront is considerably more modern, but customers planning a new production environment should confirm the exact operating-system and virtualization versions supplied with a new deployment.
