The wider INFOCAL business dates back to 1994, while founder and CEO Michał Trziszka launched the cal.pl hosting brand in 2004. This distinction explains why the corporate history begins in 1994, while the hosting brand celebrated its twentieth anniversary in 2024.

The company is privately held and headquartered in Poznań, Poland. Its organization falls within the 11–50 employee range, while its services are used by more than 50,000 customers. The main shared-hosting family consists of Ace Start, Ace, Ace Extra, Ace Pro and Ace Turbo. Storage ranges from 3 GB to 500 GB on NVMe drives, while allocated resources progress from 1 vCPU and 2 GB RAM to 8 vCPU and 16 GB RAM. Monthly transfer, hosted domains, subdomains, email accounts and databases are generally unlimited, although CPU, RAM, storage capacity and acceptable-use limits continue to determine the practical capacity of each package.

Shared hosting runs on LiteSpeed and CloudLinux with Redis, LSCache, Imunify360 and a web application firewall. Customers also receive Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates, SSH access, CRON jobs, Git, Composer, WP-CLI and Node.js support. Developers can use MySQL, PostgreSQL and numerous PHP versions, including legacy PHP 5.x releases and modern versions up to PHP 8.5.

CloudLinux account separation provides stronger isolation between hosting users. A compromised or overloaded website is less likely to affect another customer account operating on the same server.

Node.js applications can be operated through shell access with NPM and user-installed modules. The reseller platform adds the ability to create separate customer accounts, define individual packages and manage hosted clients through DirectAdmin. Reseller servers also use LiteSpeed, NVMe storage, Redis, Imunify360 and the standard backup system, making them suitable for web agencies and freelance developers managing multiple customers.

The VPS range provides considerably more control. Traditional monthly and annual servers include configurations between 2 and 16 vCPU cores, 4–32 GB RAM and 40–320 GB of NVMe storage. Each package includes 20 TB of traffic, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, root access, firewall controls, reverse DNS, rescue mode, operating-system reinstallation, snapshots and DDoS protection.

Supported Linux distributions include Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux. The servers are normally unmanaged, allowing customers to install and maintain their preferred software, although additional server administration can be purchased separately.

Hourly VPS instances are available with Intel Xeon Gold, AMD EPYC and Ampere Altra ARM processors. Billing begins on an hourly basis after adding at least PLN 10 to the customer balance. The environment uses RAID 10 NVMe storage and server network connections reaching up to 10 Gbit.

Specialized Docker VPS and n8n VPS packages use the same virtual-server platform with configurations intended for containers, application development and workflow automation. These plans provide full server access and are suitable for customers who want to administer their own Docker or n8n installation.

A separate managed n8n service includes 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 20 GB NVMe storage. Customers receive an isolated and ready-to-use n8n instance with its own subdomain, SSL certificate, daily backups and automatic software updates. Workflows and executions are not restricted by fixed numerical limits, making this service convenient for customers who want n8n automation without Linux administration.

The business email service is independent of ordinary web hosting. The principal packages provide 300 GB or 500 GB of total storage with unlimited domains and mailboxes. They include IMAP, encrypted SMTP access, spam protection, mail tracking, 180-day backups and an AI-assisted webmail interface.

This email platform is particularly suitable for organizations requiring substantial mailbox capacity and long message retention without purchasing a complete website-hosting package.

Nextcloud plans provide 1 TB, 5 TB or 10 TB of cloud storage with unlimited users. Features include file synchronization, calendars, contacts, tasks, collaborative documents and access through browsers, desktop applications and mobile devices.

Customers can connect their own domain and work with familiar DOCX, XLSX and PPTX file formats. Depending on the selected plan, the service supports approximately 50, 100 or 200 simultaneous connections.

The CDN service ranges from an entry-level single-domain package for smaller websites to a global package intended for substantially higher traffic. It includes caching, automated WordPress integration, DDoS protection at network and application levels, CAPTCHA automation, cookie handling, cache controls and a web application firewall. The advanced package supports up to five million daily website visits.

Domain services cover more than 800 extensions and include registration, transfers, DNS management, WHOIS functions and three-year options for Polish .pl domains. A domain option gives its holder priority to register a .pl domain if the existing subscriber allows it to expire, although the option cannot guarantee that the domain will become available.

Automatic Let’s Encrypt certificates are included with hosting services. Paid DV, OV, EV, Wildcard, SAN and BIMI VMC certificates are also available from established certificate authorities.

Additional services include the responsive Kreator Stron Pro website builder, free migration of websites, databases and mailboxes, and managed WordPress maintenance.
