The service has a local hosting profile, aimed mainly at Croatian customers, small businesses, agencies, and users who prefer infrastructure physically located in Croatia instead of a large international cloud platform.

The product range is wider than basic shared hosting. It includes Linux web hosting, business/unlimited hosting, reseller hosting, VPS servers, managed VPS, Cloud VPS in Croatia, inCloud VPS, dedicated servers, managed dedicated servers, colocation, domain registration, SSL certificates, Office 365, business email, cPanel licenses, JetBackup licenses, server administration, WordPress installation, WordPress hardening, additional traffic, and technical maintenance services.

The regular shared hosting line is based on cPanel, LiteSpeed / WordPress LiteSpeed, free SSL, WebMail, FTP, MySQL databases, PHP version selection, Installatron and WordPress Toolkit. The main annual packages are Mini, Entry 10GB, Plus 30GB, Extended 75GB, and Deluxe 150GB. These plans fit small Croatian websites, business presentation pages, WordPress projects and email hosting.

The company also provides Unlimited Hosting with cPanel Standard and cPanel Premium plans. The main website is Croatian-first; the order area includes many WHMCS-style language options, including English, German, French, Italian, Romanian, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Chinese and others, but the English experience is not a complete modern international storefront. For local Croatian customers this is less important; for international buyers it may feel old-fashioned.
