Blue Hosting counts more than 20,000 customers, while another company figure places the hosted-website total above 27,000. A founder and formal incorporated name are not publicly identified.

The catalogue includes domains, shared web hosting, WordPress and ecommerce packages, managed VPS, reseller service, and a free trial. Sales use Pakistani rupees, and the website is in English. Navigation works on modern screens, but editorial quality is inconsistent. Old passages mention Axarnet, Windows plans, or repetitive locations even though the orderable shared range is Linux/cPanel. Shared Hosting consists of Basic, Popular, Business, Economy, and Enterprise. Basic includes one website, 10 GB NVMe, 100 GB transfer, five databases, and five email accounts.
