In 2010, they joined the Endurance International Group family of brands and they are also an ICANN accredited registrar (used initially for fastdomain.com but also for hostmonster.com )They provide the following web hosting solutions:

- VPS Hosting;
- Dedicated Servers;
- Managed Hosting;
- Domain Registration;
- WordPress Hosting;
Shared hosting packages are scalable and rich in resources. These are configured to run on SSD infrastructure, secured with SSL certificates implemented for data safeguard and operate on unlimited bandwidth. Except for their entry-level plan, the company provides a series of unlimited features:
- Unlimited Domains;
- Unlimited Parked Domains;
- Unlimited Subdomains;
- Unlimited Websites;
- Unlimited storage;
More than that, all plans, except for the basic one, include 1 Microsoft 365 Mailbox (free 30 days) and Spam experts. The two advanced plans are also equipped with domain privacy and site backup (CodeGuard Basic).
VPS servers include one free domain name with access control and file management. These are instantly set up and come with open source technology (OpenStack, KVM virtualization).
Dedicated servers are unmanaged, meaning that you get full control and access on a wide range of resources and features. These also include the multi-server management option where you can add shared hosting, VPS or another dedicated hosting service to the current account and manage everything at once. 😠 Bluehost has extremely poor customer service
Bluehost has excessive telephone support wait times
When you do get through the operator they have very limited access and cannot resolve serious problems so they create a ticket for escalated support
The same is true for Bluehost Live Chat, who will ask you, exactly what you just asked them over and over again as if you are a 5 year old child, until you become infuriated. Eventually you will be given a support ticket for escalated support
Escalated support can only be contacted via email and are not open on weekends. Response times are usually 2 to 3 days and are usually just a canned response. So, if it is urgent or mission critical Bluehost will not lift a finger to help you or take any notice of any damage they are doing to you. Bluehost does not care less about you or your business, only your credit card number
If there is anything unusual such as an invalid Auth Code or EPP code, login issue, emails not being received, incorrect charges etc. it will literally take you months to have this resolved, if at all, because escalated support will just say the same thing over and over again no matter how many times you explain it to them
If you complain about this they just close the ticket and you have to start all over again
Recommendation: Do not use Bluehost. You will be overcharged, receive very poor service, and be treated very poorly

😁 BlueHost is really the best
Many reasons I have liked their hosting is because it is not expensive and whatever it is worth, its really worth the brand that it is. Uptime, support, security is superior to most top providers. I am glad I chose them ahead of many others because my site is up within literally days and already getting the traffic I was looking for.
