Biznet Networks is one of Indonesia’s most comprehensive digital-infrastructure providers, combining Internet connectivity, nationwide fiber, submarine cables, data centers, cloud computing, web hosting and IPTV within the same corporate group. The company operates through PT Supra Primatama Nusantara and forms part of MidPlaza Holding.

The business was founded in 2000 by Adi Kusma, who continues to serve as President Director. Operations began on October 1, 2000, with fewer than ten employees and an initial focus on broadband Internet for companies located in Jakarta’s MidPlaza complex. Adi Kusma previously worked as a system programmer for Software House International in New Jersey and graduated in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University.

Biznet has grown into a national provider covering more than 180 Indonesian cities, supported by over 100,000 kilometers of fiber and more than 300 branch locations. The organization falls within the 1,001–5,000 employee range. Its main advantage over an ordinary hosting company is direct control over substantial parts of the connectivity, data-center and cloud infrastructure used by customers.

Web hosting and cloud services are primarily delivered through Biznet Gio, operated by PT Biznet Gio Nusantara. Biznet Gio was established in 2014 as a joint venture between Biznet Networks and Japan-based Internet Initiative Japan. It has since developed into a broad Indonesian cloud platform covering shared hosting, managed WordPress, VPS, Windows VPS, dedicated hosting, bare-metal servers, OpenStack cloud instances, Kubernetes, enterprise private cloud, GPU infrastructure, backup, object storage, block storage, domains, DNS and SSL certificates.

NEO Web Hosting is the conventional shared-hosting range. Personal and Business packages use SSD storage and include cPanel, unlimited email accounts, unlimited databases, unmetered data transfer, free SSL, a qualifying free domain, WordPress Toolkit, Softaculous, LiteSpeed Enterprise, anti-spam protection and selectable PHP versions. Higher packages add integrated backups, Imunify360 and stronger email security. These plans are suitable for personal sites, small business websites, agencies, blogs and conventional PHP applications.

NEO WordPress is intended for scalable WordPress deployments, while NEO Dedicated Hosting provides dedicated CPU, memory, SSD storage and a public IP without forcing the customer to operate a completely unmanaged server. Dedicated Hosting is based on AlmaLinux and can be ordered with either cPanel or Plesk.

The virtual-server range begins with NEO Lite, an affordable Linux VPS platform using SSD storage. NEO Lite Pro adds AMD EPYC processors and NVMe storage for applications requiring higher IOPS. A separate Windows VPS range includes licensed Windows Server, RDP access and NVMe storage. These services work well for development environments, business software, remote desktops, isolated websites and customized application stacks.

NEO Virtual Compute provides elastic OpenStack-based cloud instances, while NEO Kubernetes Service supports containerized applications. Larger organizations can move to GIO Enterprise Cloud, private cloud environments or GIO Private, which combines dedicated Intel Xeon hardware with VMware ESXi and vSphere.

Customers requiring physical infrastructure can use NEO Metal, with Intel Xeon and AMD EPYC bare-metal configurations. Windows Server licenses can be added separately. Artificial-intelligence and high-performance-computing workloads are covered by NEO GPU, including NVIDIA H200 infrastructure, inference services and facial-recognition solutions.

The storage portfolio includes block storage, high-performance storage, S3-compatible NEO Object Storage, NEO Elastic Storage and GIO Backup. Domain registration and transfer are handled through NEO Domain, while NEO DNS provides Anycast DNS. Standalone cPanel, Plesk, Windows Server, endpoint-security and SSL licenses are also available.

Biznet Gio’s managed-services division can plan, migrate, monitor and operate customer environments. Its capabilities include cloud migration, managed cloud, managed Kubernetes, backup, disaster recovery, security operations, infrastructure monitoring, penetration testing, colocation and cloud interconnection. Hybrid environments can be connected to Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

Outside hosting, Biznet’s business-connectivity portfolio includes Biznet Metronet broadband for smaller companies, Dedicated Internet with symmetrical 1:1 bandwidth, Global Transit, DataComm private Ethernet connections, Dark Fiber, managed WiFi and integrated Internet/IPTV services for hotels. Dedicated Internet speeds range from 80 Mbps to 10 Gbps and include a static public IP, traffic monitoring and 24-hour support.

Biznet Metronet is a quota-based prepaid business service with speeds from 100 Mbps to 900 Mbps. After the included quota is consumed, the connection remains active at a reduced speed unless additional quota is purchased. DataComm provides InnerCity, InterCity and GlobalWAN connectivity at speeds reaching 10 Gbps, while Dark Fiber can support Ethernet, CWDM, DWDM and storage-network protocols.

The Biznet Networks and Biznet Gio websites use modern, responsive designs and support both Indonesian and English. Indonesian rupiah is the primary billing currency. The English version covers the main services and product information well, although some local notices, administrative content and articles remain primarily in Indonesian.
