Billur is a long-established Uzbek hosting and infrastructure provider operated by BILLUR COM LLC. The company was officially registered on January 8, 2008, and has built a customer base of approximately 22,000 users during more than 18 years of activity. Bobir Akilkhanov is associated with the business as a co-founder, while Firuz Akilkhanov serves as director.

The company combines conventional web hosting with locally deployed business infrastructure. Its portfolio covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting, developer hosting, Linux and Windows VPS, cPanel and Plesk VPS, Docker VPS, BitrixVM servers, Telegram-bot VPS, dedicated servers, GPU servers, high-frequency servers, gaming servers, colocation, full-rack rental, private cloud, on-premise servers, server administration, corporate email, domains, DNSSEC, SSL certificates and AI-assisted website building.

Shared hosting is suitable for personal websites, company pages, online stores and development projects. The hosting platform uses Nginx and Apache together with MariaDB or MySQL. It supports several generations of PHP as well as Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl and ASP.NET. This makes Billur more flexible than a basic shared-hosting provider focused only on PHP and WordPress.

The VPS range uses KVM or VMware ESXi virtualization and supports both Linux and Windows. Every virtual server includes root-level access, a dedicated public IPv4 address, VNC access, custom ISO installation and a large collection of operating-system templates. Customers can increase resources as their projects grow and can select configurations prepared for cPanel, Plesk, Docker, BitrixVM or Telegram applications.

VPS hosting is primarily unmanaged. The customer remains responsible for operating-system maintenance, security updates, application configuration and backups unless a separate administration service is purchased. Nested virtualization is not supported.

Dedicated servers are based mainly on Dell and Supermicro hardware. Standard configurations are accompanied by specialized systems for GPU computing, high-frequency workloads, games, 1C applications and other resource-intensive business software. Customers receive IPMI or iDRAC access for remote console management, hardware monitoring, restarts and operating-system installation.

GPU servers use NVIDIA Tesla accelerators and are appropriate for machine learning, rendering, scientific calculations, video processing and other compute-heavy workloads. These systems give Uzbek companies access to dedicated processing capacity without placing important data in a foreign cloud region.

Billur can also prepare custom physical servers according to the required processor, memory, storage and network configuration. The process includes technical consultation, hardware specification, contract preparation, equipment acquisition, assembly and deployment.

The on-premise service places Billur-supplied infrastructure at the customer’s own location. This is practical for organizations that need physical control over their servers, close integration with an internal network or local processing of confidential business data.

Private cloud environments can be built with VMware ESXi or Proxmox. Compute resources, storage, networking, access controls and redundancy are adapted to the customer’s requirements. These projects can include an individual service-level agreement and nondisclosure arrangements.

Colocation is offered for individual servers between 1U and 4U. Larger customers can rent a complete 42U rack with a power allocation of up to 7 kW. The service includes local network connectivity, a public IPv4 address, remote management access, cooling, protected power and physical security.

Corporate email packages support between 20 and 500 mailboxes. They include centralized storage, multiple hosted domains and professional mail infrastructure without requiring the customer to operate a complete email server internally.

Billur is also an authorized .UZ domain registrar. Domain services cover more than 700 international and country-code extensions and include new registrations, transfers, WHOIS lookup, bulk registration, DNSSEC, forwarding, expired-domain reservations and domain auctions.

Additional domain tools include AI-assisted name selection and an optional blockchain-based NFT certificate. The NFT certificate is an additional digital record and does not replace ownership information maintained by the official domain registry.

The AI website builder uses SiteJET or SitePRO. It includes responsive templates, visual page editing, SSL and AI-assisted content generation. The higher package adds e-commerce functions, additional storage and a complimentary domain.
