BigScoots is a Chicago-based managed hosting company founded in 2010 by Scott Stapley and Justin Catello. Stapley remains co-founder and CEO, while Catello continues in a senior technical and infrastructure role. The company has grown from a small independent hosting operation into a WordPress-focused provider serving more than 17,000 customers and handling billions of page views every month. In July 2023, BigScoots received an investment from Stone-Goff Partners (stonegoff.com). The founders and existing management team continued operating the company, while the additional capital supported team expansion, product development, automation, channel partnerships and possible complementary acquisitions.
