Besthosting is a Ukrainian hosting provider operating since 2003, with the legal company name LLC "ON-LINE." More than two decades in the market have given it a considerably broader technical base than a typical low-cost shared hosting company. Its business covers shared hosting, reseller hosting, high-resource VIP hosting, backup storage hosting, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, colocation, managed server administration, domain registration, SSL certificates and a Ukrainian VPN service. The company reports serving more than 10,000 customer websites and having registered around 10,000 domains across more than 50 domain zones.

The legal/privacy framework also names IE Roman Viktorovich Varshavskii together with LLC "ON-LINE" in connection with Besthosting. A specific founder title is not assigned there, so it is safer to regard him as one of the legal operators associated with the service rather than claim an unverified founder role.

Regular Shared Hosting uses SSD or NVMe storage and is suitable for everything from small websites to developer-oriented projects. Accounts include PHP 7/8 support, MySQL, CGI, Cron, GD, ionCube, Git/GitManager, Node.js, Python, SSH/WebSSH access and support for popular CMS applications such as WordPress, Drupal and Bitrix. Customers can install their preferred operating system, receive full server access and change resources as a project expands. Colocation is available for customers who prefer to own their server hardware while using Besthosting’s power, connectivity, security and cooling infrastructure. Customers can ship equipment by courier, with the delivery expense compensated through an equivalent extension of the paid service period. Server administration is another substantial part of the portfolio, covering Linux server setup, proactive maintenance, continuous monitoring, Apache, Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, mail and DNS software, virtualization platforms such as Proxmox and VMware, Asterisk and control panels including DirectAdmin, ISPmanager and cPanel.
