BestHost.BY is a Belarusian web hosting and server provider based in Zhodino, Minsk Region. The hosting brand has operated since 2008, while the current business is registered to Alexander Leontyevich Bondarenko under Belarusian registration number UNP 690808560.

The company follows a compact regional-provider model and primarily serves customers from Belarus. Domestic server placement, billing in Belarusian rubles, Russian-language technical support and assistance with Belarusian regulatory requirements make it particularly suitable for local businesses, developers and organizations.

Its service portfolio covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting, Bitrix hosting, KVM VPS, NVMe VPS, managed VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, cloud office hosting, website migration, website development, ISPmanager licenses and BelGIE registration.

The standard Shared Hosting range consists of four Cloud packages. Cloud-1 supports one website and one database with 5 GB of SSD storage, one CPU core and 1 GB of RAM. Cloud-2, Cloud-3 and Cloud-4 allow unlimited websites and databases, with the largest package increasing resources to 30 GB of SSD storage, four CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM.

Shared accounts use CloudLinux to isolate customer resources. Individual PHP versions from 5.2 through 8.3 can be selected, alongside several MySQL and MariaDB releases, including MySQL 8 and MariaDB 10.11. SSH, FTP, Git and Subversion access are supported, while the server stack combines Nginx and Apache.

Customers receive free Let’s Encrypt certificates, unlimited mailboxes and control over common PHP limits. Outgoing email is restricted to 50 messages per hour, which is adequate for ordinary business correspondence but unsuitable for bulk mailing.

The shared-hosting environment includes ISPmanager 6 Business and Softaculous. More than 400 website applications and content-management systems can be installed automatically. A website builder is also available for customers who need a simple site without developing it from scratch.

Backups combine daily, weekly and monthly restore points. The 7/30 backup structure keeps recent daily copies together with older recovery versions. Important websites should still maintain an additional independent backup outside the hosting account.

WordPress Hosting offers higher process and database limits than the standard shared plans. The entry-level PL-1 package supports five websites and includes 15 GB of SSD storage, two CPU cores and 2 GB of RAM. These packages are also suitable for Joomla and other database-driven content-management systems.

The specialized Bitrix Hosting range is configured for websites running 1C-Bitrix. Bitrix Start supports ten websites and databases with 10 GB of SSD storage, two CPU cores and 2 GB of RAM. The largest configurations increase capacity to 50 websites, 50 databases, 50 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM.

Virtual-server customers can choose between KVM SSD VPS and KVM NVMe VPS. The SSD range begins with one CPU core, 2 GB of RAM and 20 GB of SSD storage. NVMe VPS begins with one CPU core, 2 GB of RAM and 25 GB of NVMe storage. Standard plans include one IPv4 address, unmetered traffic and FastPanel.

Supported Linux distributions include AlmaLinux, Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Fedora and OpenSUSE. Customers can reinstall the operating system through the server-management interface. Windows installation and Windows administration are not included, so these plans are intended for Linux-based websites, applications, development environments and databases.

Standard VPS packages include one weekly backup copy. Optional backup packages provide two or four weekly copies or seven daily copies. Additional IPv4 addresses, RAM, storage, administration and ISPmanager licenses can be purchased separately.

Managed VPS combines KVM virtualization with operating-system and server administration. It is the more practical option for customers who need a virtual server without assuming full responsibility for updates, configuration and application-stack maintenance.

The entry managed configuration includes one CPU core, 2 GB of RAM and 25 GB of SSD storage. Larger packages reach six CPU cores, 14 GB of RAM and 100 GB of SSD storage.

The Dedicated Server range is based mainly on dual-processor Intel Xeon systems with SSD storage. One representative configuration uses two Xeon E5-2667 v3 processors, providing 16 physical cores, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 500 GB SSD. Higher configurations include dual Xeon E5-2697A v4 processors, up to 128 GB of RAM and multiple SSDs.

Dedicated-server customers receive full root access, remote KVM access, DDoS protection and a choice of FastPanel, ISPmanager or another compatible control panel. Custom hardware configurations and system-administration services are also available.

The OnlyOffice Cloud Office service provides a private online environment for editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Packages combine OnlyOffice with dedicated VPS resources, beginning with two CPU cores, 4 GB of RAM, 50 GB of SSD storage, one IPv4 address and unmetered traffic.

Domain services cover international and regional extensions, including .com, .net and .iam.by. Up to three .iam.by domains can be included with an eligible hosting or VPS order.

SSL services include free Let’s Encrypt certificates for hosting accounts, together with paid domain-validation, wildcard and extended-validation certificates.

BestHost.BY also assists with registration through the Belarusian State Telecommunications Inspectorate. This service is useful for websites that must comply with Belarusian hosting and registration requirements.

Website migration is normally completed without an additional fee. Files, databases and SSL configuration are transferred, followed by a functionality check. Part of the unused prepaid period at the former provider may also be compensated under the migration arrangement.

The website has a modern, organized structure and works adequately on current desktop and mobile screens. The interface, ordering system, documentation and legal information are available only in Russian. All service prices are displayed in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
