*📜 Plan description

Битрикс Старт includes 10 GB of disk space, 1024 MB of RAM, 1200 MHz of processor capacity and one dedicated IPv4 address for 20.50 BYN per month before VAT. The environment provides root access and a reboot interface, making it suitable for a Bitrix installation that needs predictable resources and direct server administration. Traffic is unlimited and daily backup is included.

The Bitrix hosting packages are isolated Linux environments intended for projects that need fixed CPU and memory resources rather than ordinary shared hosting. Each package includes a reboot panel, root access, one dedicated IPv4 address, daily backup and unlimited external and domestic Belarusian traffic. The operating system is CentOS 6 in 64-bit form, and the service is hosted in Beltelecom data-center infrastructure in Belarus. The packages are billed monthly to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, with the listed prices excluding 20% VAT. The customer receives direct administrative access, while Beltelecom supplies the underlying server platform, network connectivity, redundant power and cooling, storage infrastructure and round-the-clock service support. The disk technology and a branded hosting panel are not identified, although a provider-side reboot interface is included.

📄 Editorial Review

Beltelecom is Belarus’s national telecommunications operator and one of the country’s largest providers of hosting, cloud, data-center and digital-infrastructure services. The organization was formed on July 3, 1995, when nine regional telecommunications operations were consolidated under a unified management center in Minsk. It became the Republican Unitary Telecommunication Enterprise in 2004 and now operates through nine branches covering every Belarusian region and Minsk, together with three production units.

There is no individual founder in the conventional private-company sense because Beltelecom emerged from the consolidation of Belarusian state telecommunications infrastructure. The company is led by General Director Alexander Kenda and falls within the 5,001–10,000 employee range.

Hosting forms only one part of a much wider operation that includes fixed Internet access, telecommunications, television, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, data-center infrastructure and enterprise digital services. Its hosting portfolio nevertheless covers most requirements of Belarusian individuals, companies and public institutions through shared hosting, Bitrix hosting, Linux VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, corporate email, DDoS protection, secure hosting, cloud storage, collaborative cloud office services and video streaming.

Shared hosting is offered to both private and business customers. The conventional packages provide 2 GB, 10 GB or 25 GB of storage, together with email accounts, MySQL databases, FTP access, visitor statistics and support for external domains. Daily backups are retained for seven days, traffic is not charged separately, and additional storage, databases or domain capacity can be ordered when required.

The Hosting Start package includes 2 GB of storage, 10 mailboxes and three MySQL databases. Hosting 10 raises the allocation to 10 GB, 20 mailboxes and 10 databases, while Hosting 25 includes 25 GB, 50 mailboxes and 30 databases.

Separate Bitrix hosting packages provide between 10 GB and 50 GB of disk space and between 1 GB and 2.5 GB of RAM. Their specifications still reference CentOS 6, an operating system that reached end of life years ago. This makes the Bitrix line more appropriate for established legacy environments than for customers seeking a modern managed application platform.

VPS hosting runs on Linux and includes guaranteed resources, an individual IPv4 address, backup functionality, a virtual console and support for multiple websites. VPS-30 provides 2 GB RAM, 2 GHz of processing capacity and 30 GB storage. VPS-100 increases the allocation to 8 GB RAM, 8 GHz and 100 GB storage. VPS-100 Unlimited includes 16 GB RAM, 8 GHz, 300 GB storage and unmetered traffic.

The smaller VPS packages carry separate external and domestic traffic allowances, which may be restrictive for bandwidth-intensive services. Business customers can choose Plus configurations combining additional resources, corporate mailboxes and server administration. Standard VPS packages remain primarily self-managed.

Dedicated servers provide full access to physical hardware, a Linux operating system and optional DDoS protection. Technical assistance can cover network configuration, initial migration and the installation of components such as Nginx, Apache, MySQL, PHP, phpMyAdmin and ProFTPD.

The dedicated-server range relies heavily on older hardware. Available configurations include Intel Xeon E5405, dual Xeon E5520, dual Xeon E5530, Atom C2730 and Xeon E5-2620 v4 processors. The accompanying software options include PHP releases from 5.2 through 7.0. These servers can still support legacy workloads, internal applications and predictable local services, but modern applications should be ordered only after confirming the exact processor, storage media and software environment.

Colocation is available in Minsk and through regional data centers across Belarus. Customers can rent individual rack units, additional electrical capacity, network ports, traffic, VLAN connectivity, backup resources and DDoS protection. The nationwide footprint is a significant advantage for organizations that need equipment physically close to regional offices or users.

Corporate email uses iRedMail and iRedAdmin-Pro. Packages include 5 GB or 20 GB of total storage, daily backups and flexible mailbox creation within the purchased capacity.

Beltelecom also offers several network-security profiles combining Anti-DDoS protection, firewalling, intrusion prevention, antivirus scanning, antispam filtering and a web application firewall.

Secure hosting is intended for government bodies and commercial organizations with formal information-security requirements. It can combine hosting infrastructure with DDoS mitigation, firewall protection, IDS/IPS, antivirus, antispam and WAF services while supporting Belarusian security classifications.

The cloud portfolio is based on Nextcloud. Cloud Disk provides locally stored files accessible through web, desktop and mobile applications, with up to ten devices connected to one account.

Cloud Office adds collaborative document editing, chat, audio and video communication, calendars, contacts, notes, tasks, WebDAV access, two-factor authentication, audit reports and whiteboard tools. Its standard virtual environment includes six CPU cores, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB storage.

Business customers can also order streaming services for conferences and large online events. The platform supports audiences numbering in the tens of thousands, aggregate bandwidth of up to 1 Gbps and optional video-production equipment.

Beltelecom supports Russian, Belarusian and English, although Russian contains the fullest hosting, tariff and contractual information. Customers relying entirely on English may still need assistance with order forms and service documentation. Product prices are denominated in Belarusian rubles (BYN).

The customer interface is functional and includes an accessibility mode, but the dense tariff tables, contract-oriented ordering process and legacy software references give the hosting operation an older character. It is less convenient than modern cloud platforms built around instant deployment, hourly billing, current-generation processors and unified API-based management.
