Bangmod.Cloud belongs to Bangmod Enterprise Co., Ltd., a Bangkok infrastructure company founded by Satanan Sivaporn on July 3, 2013. Sivaporn remains managing director. The business has THB 10 million in registered capital, a Singapore entity named Bangmod Cloud Pte. Ltd., ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, and a Type 1 Thai telecommunications licence effective from November 12, 2025. Its scope now reaches well beyond conventional hosting into public and private cloud, physical servers, enterprise mail, security services, licensing, and custom equipment.

The service environment is mainly Thai, although technical specifications, incident records, and the cloud SLA include English.
