Aztus is a Quebec-based web hosting provider active since at least 2008, with a traditional portfolio centered on shared web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, email services, and support for older Microsoft-based applications. The company mainly serves customers in Canada and the United States and is better suited to small businesses, organizations, and legacy websites than to modern cloud infrastructure projects.

Its main service is Flex Web Hosting, available with 1 GB, 200 GB, or 600 GB of storage. The smallest package supports one website and one MySQL database, while the larger plans allow unlimited websites, subdomains, databases, and monthly data transfer.

Flex hosting includes Plesk, email forwarding, autoresponders, catch-all addresses, aliases, mailbox quota management, spam filtering, antivirus protection, website backups, domain administration, SSL support, and one-click installation of WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and other applications. This makes the platform practical for standard business websites, content-management systems, email hosting, and smaller online projects.

Aztus also maintains TECH Hosting, a specialized range intended for older websites and applications that cannot easily be transferred to a modern hosting environment. Depending on the package, the supported technologies include ASP, ASP.NET, CGI, Perl, PHP, Microsoft Access, MySQL, ColdFusion, RealAudio and RealVideo, FrontPage extensions, and older e-commerce software.

TECH plans provide between 3 GB and 12 GB of storage, with monthly traffic allocations ranging from 96 GB to 960 GB. This service can be useful for temporarily maintaining an old business application, but technologies such as ColdFusion 5, FrontPage extensions, RealAudio, and Microsoft Access hosting belong to a previous generation of web development. New websites should use a modern PHP, database, and content-management environment instead.

The domain service covers registration, renewal, transfer, DNS administration, WHOIS contact management, and EPP authorization codes. Customers retain ownership of domains registered through Aztus, while domains held with another registrar can be connected to an Aztus hosting account by changing their DNS configuration.

WHOIS privacy is available for compatible domain extensions and helps prevent personal registration details from being displayed publicly. Domain customers can manage contact information, DNS records, renewals, and transfer codes from a separate domain-management interface.

The SSL catalog includes Sectigo Positive SSL, Essential SSL Wildcard, and EV SSL certificates. Positive SSL is suitable for standard domain validation, the wildcard certificate protects multiple subdomains, and EV SSL requires a more extensive organizational verification process.

Since January 15, 2020, new services have been limited to customers residing in Canada or the United States, or businesses operating in those countries. This significantly narrows the potential customer base compared with internationally oriented hosting providers.

The website is available in English and French, although some technical, contractual, and legacy product information remains more complete in French. This bilingual approach is particularly useful for Quebec customers.

The design and structure belong to an older generation of hosting websites. The fixed-width layout, dated product terminology, references to Plesk Onyx, older software technologies, and inconsistent navigation reduce usability on modern devices. Some pricing fields and order links are also no longer integrated into a functional automated sales process.

Online ordering is currently unavailable, and new services must be arranged manually through info@sicay. Existing customers can still use the account, hosting, domain, and webmail interfaces. New customers should confirm availability and current technical specifications before placing an order.
