The company began with a strong focus on affordable hosting for Ghanaian customers, accessible local support and payment methods that do not require an international credit card. Its services have since expanded well beyond the domestic market, reaching thousands of customers across more than 138 countries. The company maintains a relatively compact organizational structure, while working with technology and infrastructure partners in several international markets.

The product portfolio includes shared hosting, WordPress hosting, managed WordPress, WooCommerce hosting, Python hosting, reseller hosting, self-managed VPS, fully managed VPS, African Linux VPS and VDS, African Windows VPS, dedicated servers, bare-metal cloud servers, domain registration, business email, SSL certificates, website security, backups, website design, application development and website management.

Standard shared hosting begins with the Deluxe package, which includes one website, 1 GB of NVMe storage, 1 GB of RAM, 100 GB of monthly bandwidth, five email accounts and weekly backups.
