ATI – Tunisie Internet, legally operating as At-Tounessya Internet and formerly known as Agence Tunisienne d’Internet, is one of Tunisia’s longest-established Internet infrastructure organizations. Founded in 1996, ATI operates as a joint-stock company with public participation and has played an important role in the development of Internet infrastructure in Tunisia. Its activities extend well beyond conventional web hosting into national Internet connectivity, IP services, domain names, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise networking.

ATI has direct involvement with Tunisia’s national .tn and Arabic .تونس domain ecosystem, making domain registration an important part of its portfolio. Its infrastructure background also gives the company a broader technical scope than most retail hosting businesses operating in the country.

The hosting portfolio covers Shared Hosting, Linux and Windows VPS/VDS, Private Cloud IaaS/VDC, Azure Cloud HCI, Housing/Colocation, professional email hosting, domain registration and managed security services. Enterprise customers can additionally use IP Transit, multi-ISP connectivity, CDN-related services, numbering resources, mail routing and customized infrastructure solutions.

Shared Hosting is managed through Plesk and is aimed at personal websites, SMEs, corporate sites and CMS-based projects. Silver, Gold and Platinium packages provide 3 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB of storage, together with unlimited traffic, 100 Mbps connectivity, Let’s Encrypt SSL, databases, backup and restore functions, phpMyAdmin, PHP management and web-based file access. The VPS/VDS range supports both Linux and Windows and includes root-level administration, a fixed IP address and firewall protection. The range extends from entry-level VPS FIRST configurations to VPS OPTIMIZED Plus, with approximately 25 GB to 400 GB storage, 2 GB to 16 GB RAM and up to four vCPU resources. Higher packages can include a .tn or .تونس domain, while VM backup and WAF protection can be added separately.

The Private Cloud IaaS/VDC service targets companies requiring dedicated pools of computing resources rather than an individual VPS. CPU, memory, storage and networking resources can be allocated through a secure management environment, with automated deployment and scalable infrastructure located in Tunisia. Configurations start around 100 GB storage and 8 GB RAM and extend to 1 TB storage with 128 GB RAM.

ATI also provides Azure Cloud HCI solutions based on Microsoft Azure technology. These environments can support Windows and Linux virtual machines, storage, databases, web and mobile applications, analytics and identity services. Backup, replication and Windows Server licensing are part of the available enterprise infrastructure options.

Housing and Colocation services are available for individual 1U, 2U and 4U servers as well as dedicated rack configurations. Customers receive secure datacenter space, network connectivity, electrical infrastructure, environmental management, controlled physical access and round-the-clock technical assistance.

ATI’s professional email hosting provides 5 GB, 10 GB or 15 GB mailboxes with antivirus, antispam, filtering, mobile and desktop access and webmail. The email environment also uses Zimbra-based collaboration tools.

Security services are another important part of ATI’s enterprise offering. Managed Security Services cover firewall management, IPsec and SSL VPN, antivirus and antimalware protection, intrusion prevention, web filtering, application control, authentication, logging, monitoring and security reporting.

ATI additionally provides Internet access and business connectivity products, including ADSL, VDSL, fiber-oriented Fast Link solutions and Wi-Fi services. Large organizations can combine hosting with IP Transit, multi-path connectivity, multi-ISP peering, CDN-related infrastructure, numbering resources and customized security architectures.

The main commercial website is primarily available in French, while Arabic is also important across ATI’s national-domain and corporate activities. The ATI WHOIS environment supports Arabic, French and English. A complete English localization of the main commercial hosting website does not exist.
