ASPone is a Czech hosting provider specializing in Microsoft-based web hosting and server infrastructure. The business began operating in 2007, while ASPone, s.r.o. was formally incorporated in 2008. Adam Ticháček was the original executive and shareholder, with Erich Syrovátka taking over company management in 2015.

The company operates from Zlín and maintains a close technical relationship with INTERNET CZ and the FORPSI infrastructure. This connection places ASPone within the wider hosting and data center environment associated with the Aruba group.

Microsoft hosting remains the company’s strongest specialization. The platform supports ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, classic ASP, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server, making it particularly suitable for developers, software companies, public institutions and businesses running custom Windows applications. The customer base has grown beyond 10,000 users and includes universities, commercial organizations and government-related institutions.

The main Shared Web Hosting portfolio consists of Basic, Developer, Enterprise and VIP packages. Paid hosting runs on Windows Server 2022, IIS 10 and MSSQL 2019, with support for ASP.NET versions 2.0 through 4.8, .NET Core, MVC, Full Trust, FTPS and URL Rewrite. Applications such as Umbraco, Kentico and DotNetNuke can also be hosted.

Basic Hosting starts at 90 CZK per month and includes 5 GB of website storage, a 1 GB MSSQL database, unlimited email storage, five domain aliases, 100 MB of application memory and unlimited mailboxes. The package is billed annually.

Developer Hosting starts at 150 CZK per month and increases the available resources to 10 GB of website storage, three MSSQL databases, ten aliases and 300 MB of application memory.

Enterprise Hosting starts at 250 CZK per month and includes 30 GB of website storage, five MSSQL databases, 15 domain aliases and 500 MB of application memory.

VIP Hosting costs 750 CZK per month and is intended for larger applications that require more resources and better service guarantees. It includes 100 GB of website storage, 15 GB of database capacity, 15 MSSQL databases, 20 domain aliases and unrestricted application memory. VIP accounts operate in an optimized server environment and receive stronger SLA and support commitments than ordinary shared hosting.

All paid shared-hosting packages include unlimited traffic, unlimited email accounts and daily backups of website files, databases and mail. Manual backup restoration normally carries an additional fee. Upgrades are completed without an administrative charge, while a downgrade becomes effective after the current paid period ends.

Migration assistance is available for customers moving websites and applications from another hosting company. ASPone can coordinate the transfer process to reduce service interruptions and simplify the migration of files, databases and email.

A transfer promotion can extend the hosting subscription by a period equal to the newly purchased service term. Customers must provide proof of an active hosting account with another provider, and the promotion cannot normally be combined with another discount.

Freehosting is available mainly for Czech and Slovak users who need a small testing environment. The package includes 40 MB of storage, a small MSSQL 2017 database, unlimited traffic and a third-level address under aspfree.cz. It can be used for testing ASP.NET applications but has CPU restrictions, no dedicated application pool and no support for hosting a normal second-level domain.

The separate Email Hosting package starts at 60 CZK per month. It includes unlimited mailboxes, a standard 1 GB allocation for each mailbox, webmail, spam filtering, antivirus protection and support for SMTP, POP3 and IMAP over encrypted connections. Individual mailboxes can be expanded to 10 GB for an additional fee. Customers planning a large number of heavily used mailboxes should confirm the aggregate storage allocation before ordering.

ASPone sells SSL/TLS certificates for hosted websites and applications. A standard single-domain certificate costs approximately 800 CZK per year, while a wildcard certificate costs approximately 2,900 CZK per year. Self-signed certificates can be installed without a certificate fee, although browsers and operating systems will not trust them in the same way as certificates issued by a recognized authority.

The Cloud VPS range uses AMD EPYC processors, NVMe storage and OpenStack virtualization. Cloud Basic provides one vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 40 GB of NVMe storage from 150 CZK per month.

Cloud Developer includes two vCPUs, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB of NVMe storage from 200 CZK per month with Linux. Selecting Windows Server increases the monthly price because of Microsoft licensing costs.

Cloud Enterprise provides four vCPUs, 8 GB RAM and 80 GB of NVMe storage from 400 CZK per month, while Cloud VIP includes eight vCPUs, 16 GB RAM and 160 GB of NVMe storage from 550 CZK per month.

VPS plans include a 1 Gbps connection, unlimited traffic, one IPv4 address and full administrator access. Linux is available throughout the VPS portfolio, while Developer and larger configurations can use Windows Server 2025 Standard.

These virtual servers are unmanaged by default. Customers remain responsible for operating-system updates, software configuration, application maintenance, security and data protection unless a managed service is ordered. Backup storage is not included in the standard VPS price.

The Dedicated Server portfolio includes Dell PowerEdge systems with Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC processors, high-frequency AMD Ryzen configurations and GPU servers designed for artificial intelligence, rendering, remote graphics and game-server workloads.

Entry-level examples include an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X server with 32 GB RAM and mirrored NVMe drives for approximately 1,790 CZK per month. Larger AMD EPYC configurations can include 256 GB RAM, enterprise SSD storage and multiple NVMe drives, with prices reaching approximately 11,950 CZK per month.

GPU servers are available with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 and RTX 5080 graphics cards. These configurations are suitable for workloads requiring CUDA processing, GPU acceleration, video rendering or remote visualization.

Dedicated-server pricing includes a 1 Gbps network connection, unlimited traffic, initial server installation, a dedicated IPv4 or IPv6 address, hardware replacement, 50 GB of FTP or FTPS backup storage and remote access through iDRAC, BMC or KVM. DNS hosting for unlimited domains is also included, while Windows Server and MSSQL licenses are charged separately.

An additional dedicated-server catalog is available in Arezzo, Italy. Italian configurations start at approximately 1,900 CZK per month and generally require payment for six months or one year.

Managed Servers combine dedicated hardware with system administration, monitoring, operating-system updates, firewall configuration, security maintenance and backups. The regular managed-service price is 3,800 CZK per month, while a reduced rate of approximately 1,800 CZK per month is available under the current offer.

Customized infrastructure is also available for applications that cannot be accommodated by a standard package. ASPone can prepare failover systems, private-cloud environments and individually configured server platforms for larger business projects.

The domain-registration portfolio includes approximately 300 domain extensions. Services cover new registrations, renewals, transfers, ownership changes, DNSSEC and .CZ NSSET administration. A domain API is available for resellers and businesses that need automated registration functions.

The available extensions include .CZ, .EU, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .SK and numerous country-code and specialized generic domains.

The storefront is primarily available in Czech, and the complete ordering and support environment is aimed mainly at Czech-speaking customers. Prices are displayed in Czech koruna (CZK) without VAT.

The website has a traditional fixed-width hosting layout with dense tables and documentation accumulated over many years. It remains functional on desktop computers but is less convenient on smaller mobile displays.

Some service sections retain older technical references alongside newer platform specifications.
