The business history includes ООО «Эппл Технолоджис» / Apple Technologies LLC, registered in December 2012, with Sergey Alexandrovich Popov as founder and director. The current standard service contract is issued by ИП Попов Сергей Александрович, so the AppleTec brand is connected with Apple Technologies LLC while current contractual hosting services are provided under the individual entrepreneur entity.

The website supports Russian and English. Russian pages use RUB pricing, while the English localization displays prices in USD. The contractual settlement currency remains Russian rubles, making RUB the primary billing reference for services.

Dedicated Servers are available with Intel and AMD platforms including Core i9-9900K, i9-13900K, i9-14900K, Core Ultra 9 285K and Ryzen 9 9950X. Configurations can include NVMe drives, additional disks, extra RAM, private networking between servers and connectivity up to 1 Gbit/s.

Windows Server can also be installed on applicable dedicated configurations without a separate OS charge. Monitoring, server administration and a personal manager are available as additional services. Dedicated-server provisioning normally ranges from one hour to two days depending on configuration and stock.

The FTP Backup service provides separate backup space ranging from 200 GB to 1 TB. It is particularly useful for VDS and dedicated-server customers who want backup storage isolated from their primary server. Data can be transferred through FTP or managed using ISPmanager 6.

Domain Registration includes Russian and international extensions such as .RU, .РФ, .SU, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .PRO, .NAME and .ONLINE. Other extensions can be requested when required.

SSL Certificates include basic domain-validation certificates, wildcard products, multi-domain certificates supporting large domain sets and higher-validation business or EV certificates. Certificate installation is included.
